Stayed Jun 7, 2026Brian was super easy to communicate with from the first moment I reached out. Very kind and accommodating. Check in is extremely simple. They do a fantastic job making things super clear and self explanatory. Take the time to read through the binder on the kitchen counter, important stuff for guidance and lots of local recommendations for all occasions. Every switch and button is clearly labeled. Access to the backyard from every single part of the home. Kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and backyard are fully stocked with everything you can possibly need besides food, beverages and personal items. Even found some fun floaties, balls and Nerf water squirters for pool side fun! Very fur baby friendly as they have real grass rather than artificial turf comfortable for those hot days. Bbq grill, Plenty of umbrellas for shade, outdoor dining, firepit area, bocce ball area, lounge seating outside master room. It has it all! Beautifully kept landscape. Very lovely neighborhood and besides the occasional landscape servicing around nearby properties it’s completely quiet. Above and beyond with the details. Worth the stay!

Stayed Jun 25, 2025Enjoyed staying at the house, plenty of space for 5 ladies (4 adult daughters celebrating the 85th bday of our mother). The pool was wonderful during the evening, so many umbrellas for shade. Love the open layout, we did puzzles during the heat of the day and enjoyed the Thursday night market, the Short Film Festival, The AR experience, dinner at Mario's one night but liked the big kitchen and bbq for making meals at home. Two bathrooms made it easier for getting ready daily. Nice location, close to downtown.

The full kitchen was useful, there were lots of places to lounge, the bathrooms were fully stocked, and location was perfect. When we encountered a few issues the people helping us were responsive and helpful. 100% recommend.

Stayed Dec 20, 2024This was the most pristine rental I have been in. Photographs are exactly what you get - kitchen well-stocked, huge private yard and pool. Lots of towels & abundant bed pillows. The location was close to everything in town - barely a 5 minute drive to the main streets of shops and restaurants. Props for very cool decor. Only minor comment is that it costs extra to heat the pool - which we know is not unusual, but would be so nice to have that feature included in the rate. Thank you!!
