The outdoor entertaining area opens to garden, mountain and valley views — a quiet place to sit with a coffee or fire up the BBQ. With ducted climate control, a Nespresso machine in the kitchen and free Wi-Fi throughout, the home is set up for a comfortable stay.

THE LOCATION:

Set in the quiet southern residential suburb of Bourkelands, the home sits a short drive from local parks, walking tracks and the Wagga Wagga CBD. Jubilee Park, a 30-hectare multi-sport complex with a playground and BBQ facilities, is a few minutes away in the same suburb. The Wagga Wagga Country Club on the shores of Lake Albert (8 mins) offers an 18-hole championship course, and the Lake Albert recreation precinct (8 mins) has a 5.5 km sealed walking circuit, jetty and picnic areas for an easy afternoon outdoors. The Turvey Park Hotel (7 mins) is a family-friendly local for dinner or a drink. For coffee, Infuso (10 mins) is a Wagga staple. The Wagga Wagga Botanic Gardens and Zoo (10 mins) draw families for the miniature train, aviary and playground.
