Let me start by saying that we have stayed at a number of properties in the Winter Park area over the years but this home sits on 3 acres(?) with only a few homes in view so it is very private. Our group of 7 adults stayed here and it was very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. I rated this as 4 stars as there was an issue with the housekeeping when we first arrived. This was resolved by communicating with the rental agency. They were very responsive. (a 4.8 rating would be more appropriate) It was great to have a garage for 2 vehicles. We appreciated the portable humidifiers and used a couple of them during our stay. The kitchen is supplied with everything needed to make meals and feed a number of people. The only thing missing were some cereal/soup bowls--there were only 6 of them. We had a nice dinner at Brickhouse 40 in Grandby and were so happy to see that Volarios in Winter Park is open again. Their food is delicious and the bar area is very cozy. I would definitely stay at this home again.
We couldn't be more happy with the accommodations. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice house in the Winter Park/Tabernash area.
