Mountain-view home with hot tub, fireplace, decks, &. W/D - dog-friendly

Place was clean They had nice pet amenities there for us view was beautiful. Definitely be pretty prepared to slip and to walk a lot very loose gravel. You will get your workout in. Also, they did not have enough pellets for the barbecue. Would’ve been nice to know what was required to barbecue beforehand. It was definitely beautiful, but very overpriced. Lacasa fees are getting out of control.

This rental is over 5 miles from the main road (US 40), and the route from the main road is steep and winding. The day we arrived, well over 6” of snow had fallen and we were unable to reach the rental. Not only was the road in bad shape, but THE DRIVEWAY IS EXTREMELY STEEP AND WAS NOT PLOWED AS THE LISTING SAID IT WOULD BE. We have been coming to Winter Park to ski for over 30 years and have never had an issue like this. Throughout the process, Vacasa, the management company, was completely unwilling to help and we were forced to buy lodging in town at our own expense. If you’re considering renting from Vacasa, I highly recommend looking them up. Their reviews tell the story of a company completely unwilling to help their customers or stand behind their listings. It was a terrible experience to say the least.

Great mountain house with views of the valley. Secluded yet close enough to amenities in the area. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cannot beat the view! The layout of the house is great. Way off the beaten path which I was looking for. Photos accurate. Very nicely decorated, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. The family member traveling with me has a service dog which does not require telling me to tell the owner, let alone them requiring documentation. This is the law. I let the owner know as a courtesy but they would not refund the $200 dollar pet fee. I did not dock stars on the house because that would not be fair. It is a gorgeous home in a wonderful location. It is truly pet friendly and one of the most inviting homes I have stayed in. Lots of extras. Highly recommend the home.

Great views, beautiful space, would recommend if you have lots of money to spare! Vacasa upcharges separately besides the Vrbo charges. The place was clean. Lots of space. Driveway is too steep to drive it. We left cars up top and had to drag suitcases through snowy and icy steps and driveway. Vacasa wants you to do some of the cleaning like stripping beds and starting wash. For what they charge this should all be included. Washer didn’t even work.

We loved our stay at the Rainbow Connection. The place is beautiful, clean and has all you need for a family vacation. We really appreciated that they provided baby items (pack'n'play, changing table, high chair), so nice not to haul them with us. The fully stocked kitchen is great for cooking in and the giant island makes for a great place for the whole family to make dinner together. The view is incredible, the hot tub was such a treat and we even saw a moose walk by as we were cooking dinner. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be coming back :)

The place was wonderful. Had all the amenities for working remote and an awesome back deck and view.
