Stayed Jun 24, 2024We travel the province for work, nice place, suitable stay for me and 2 workers. We all had a seperate clean quiet space. Kitchen and bathroom definitely seen better days. There are tenants in the basement (not mentioned in the listing) I did think when I booked I'd be getting a completely private space, but that wasn't the case We came back one day after a long days work there was an extremely strong smell coming for the basement (epoxy of some sort). Have us all headaches. The owner was responsive and tried to help. But it left me frustrated. Overall a nice place.

Stayed May 30, 2024Stayed in this house for a rowing event in Saint Catharines. It was extremely clean, spacious, and stocked with cookware, toiletries, and linens. It was close to everything and communication with host was excellent. There is a lower occupied flat/basement in this house which wasn't on the listing, however, it did not affect our stay. Would recommend this house to others!
