Stayed Apr 25, 2025We stayed here Friday to Sunday for an ATV ride our club was hosting. The property is great. Very quiet and well taken care of. Inside looked brand spankin new. The bedrooms were big and the bathrooms were nice. 2 full bathrooms and a half bath. The showers are really nice and big and water pressure is perfect. Washer and dryer are located in the main bathroom off of the kitchen. There is no cable so i set up the LG tv channels but i just cast the NHL playoffs from my phone. I use a box fan to sleep but only ceiling fans here so I just went to walmart and bought one. Use of the garage was a big plus. I was able to fit my 14ft trailer with my 4 wheelers on it inside. Very convenient getting to town and some nice local restaurants. I’ll definitely be coming back to this place.

Stayed Sep 14, 2025We had some trouble finding the place initially as its a new road and not listed in google maps or GPS yet. With that said, the place was excellent. Very convenient location just a few minutes from downtown Littleton. The place was spacious, very clean, laundry, grill, and everything you would need to feel right at home. Ill look forward to booking this again in the future.

Stayed Aug 22, 2025The stairs leading to the second-floor home are fairly steep and constructed of pine, a subdued color that tends to blend one stair into another; without a dark strip marking each step, those with vision impairments might easily miss a step. Carrying luggage to the second floor can be a challenge, but descending with luggage could be disastrous unless one “backs down” one step at a time. The kitchen, dining, and living room areas with recessed lighting are finished in knotty pine, rendering the area very attractive with regional touches such as a wooden moose and a bear skin rug. However, the couch and the deck chairs are very low to the ground, making it a struggle to stand from a semi-crouching position. The television is internet streaming only . . . no cable channels. There were times when the internet feed was weak, rendering some channels without sound, video, or occasionally unavailable altogether.Littleton, New Hampshire, a very active north country town, sits just off I-93, a major north-south interstate that leads to Cannon and Loon Mountain, two major ski areas as well as various hiking trails and numerous area attractions for both young and old. Be prepared to drive 30-45 minutes for some of the outlying areas of interest. Finally, the owner has spent a considerable amount of money in building and outfitting this home. It is beautiful and spacious, but for someone in their mid-eighties, it was a bit overwhelming.

Stayed Aug 10, 2025The house was clean and updated, very nice and spacious. It was very nice to have a private garage for parking, and the location is great as well.We were not so pleased to find out that the family renting the second apartment came with two dogs, as we have a fear of dogs, and that prevented us from going outdoors. The outdoor property too was not very private nor very inviting. Lastly, the numerous vehicles parked around the house did not give it a very private feel, which is why we stayed indoors and did not use the outdoors at all, which was something we had been looking forward to. The house itself is fresh, clean, and very enjoyable. We definitely enjoyed our stay there!

Stayed Jan 17, 2025I spent three nights at this unit with my sisters and mom. It was the perfect size for us. It’s located only minutes from downtown Littleton and very easy to/from 93 and surrounding communities. The building itself is quite unique, it looks like a large barn/garage. On both ends, and encompassing the second floor, are two units (15a & 15b). To access the unit you need to drive around the right side to the back and there is a door on the back of the building with a PIN code lock. The large garage that is part of the unit (a garage door opener was left for our use), was perfect in the January cold! We parked in the garage and unloaded all of our things. The unit is on the second floor, up a set of stairs from the garage. So be prepared to lug everything up and down. Upon entering we loved how new everything is and were impressed with the very tall metal ceilings, design, and modern farmhouse styling. The unit has radiant floor heat and was always the perfect temperature for us. It’s clearly new construction as the stairs are unfinished and everything is brand new. The beds were very comfortable and there was always enough space to spread out whether at the island, the dining room table, or the couch and chairs in the living room. We cooked breakfast each day but didn’t use the kitchen for a large meal. There’s two full baths and a half bath with a washer and dryer so plenty of space to spread out. All in all, a great space! I’d definitely rent here again!

Stayed Oct 12, 2024This house is fantastic. Littleton and the surrounding areas made our travels throughout New Hampshire and Vermont convenient. The property was clearly still new, with a lovely aesthetic inside and out. I could see the oversized garage making this a prime property in the winter. The kitchen entices everyone to gather and cook together. The layout with bedrooms and bathrooms off the main living area was perfect for our little group. Having 2.5 bathrooms and laundry made this exactly what we could have hoped for. Thank you for sharing this gem.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024Lukewarm water. Was told to run it 15-20 minutes before we got in the shower but that did not solve the issue. The smoke detector was wrapped in plastic at the bottom of the stairs as you first walked into the home. This is the first detector to catch smoke if anything was to ever happen in the garage area or that side of the house. There is only one way in and out of this home and there is no emergency ladder to throw down from the deck in case a fire was to occur in the garage area. It was clearly noted on the site that a wood burning fire pit was provided and the customer needed to purchase a fire permit. I purchased the fire permit for $10 to find out that there is NO wood burning fire pit on the property at all. The agreement said that Netflix was included and there is NO Netflix at all. The site says that the house had central air conditioning. It was listed with Partial and that was crossed off and replaced with central. There is NO central air. We rented this because there was supposed to be Central Air. The bedrooms are stuffy and the only AC unit in the living room doesn't get the bedrooms cool enough with how the bedrooms are situated off to the sides Security concerns with access to the property Exposed wires on the deck where there is no lights Installation and lights hanging down as you walk up the stairs. You can never talk to the owner. I have so many more issues with this home and pictures to share if needed.
