Stayed Jul 27, 2024We planned a family vacation for 9 of us ages 6-60.. this place was just as advertised!! The location is great.. 20 minutes to Lake Placid, NY. Only a few minutes to Wilmington beach and we tubed the Ausable river from right across the street!! This place felt like our home.. had a great time and the host was very responsive with any questions we had!! I would highly recommend!!

Stayed Jun 27, 2024We recently stayed at the Mountain View Loj overlooking the majestic Adirondack Mountains & Ausable River and had an incredible experience. Our group of 7, including another family, found the house to be spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for even larger parties. The location was perfect, near the Jay Covered Bridge, which provided a day full of fun with fishing, swimming, and exploring. The basement/game room was a hit with everyone, offering darts, table tennis, and air hockey. The outdoor area truly made the house special, featuring double porches, a large deck, and a BBQ area that was perfect for our gatherings. We couldn't have asked for a better setting. The host was attentive and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The house was well-equipped with all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. We are already looking forward to making this an annual trip to the ADK and would definitely book the Mountain View Loj again!
