Returning in late June was like returning home, with Angela's thoughtful welcome touches and the wonderful welcoming spaces she has created, enhanced by her curated art collection, representing her travels but also the natural Vermont context. The mountain-view house in Cornwall, VT is an exceptional place to stay when visiting Middlebury. The property is very clean, well-equipped, comfortable beds, easy communication and quiet. Couldn’t asked for a better stay while in town for our daughter’s graduation weekend. Would definitely stay at Angela’s property again if the opportunity presented itself. Thank you Angela!

What a wonderful surprise to open the door to Angela’s home, looking out towards the Adirondacks in the distance, filled with beautiful and charming works of art and tasteful accents, flowers blooming on a restful deck and down and around the impeccable grounds, interesting books to explore in all the nooks and crannies….and plentiful discoveries to make every day more perfect than the day before. I had much to do at the College during my 5 weeks at Angela’s and found it hard to go to “work” each day, but delighted to return to the peace and quiet and comfort of her home. Even the seemingly non-stop summer rain oftentimes pounding incessantly on the roof was a welcome respite from the noise of my home town and I look very much forward to returning. Thank you, Angela, for your always ready to help advice from afar, your exquisite taste and opportunity to experience for way too short a stay your world atop Ridge Road. A très bientôt, j’espère!

We came to Vermont to visit family and found this wonderful house for our visit. Beautiful, clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Angela was a wonderful hostess and very responsive if we had any questions or concerns.

This rental’s view and 10-minute location from Middlebury was great. It’s clear that the house is a cared for living space for the owner with many personal items around to admire. Angela was very detailed in her instructions. This would not be ideal for families with small children because of all the precious items around the house.
