Stayed Sep 22, 2025This was the second time we stayed at this home this year. We are from Maine, but love the NH mountains. Each time we have stayed, they home has been clean, cozy, relaxing, just a total home-away-from-home vibe. The fact that it is dog-friendly and we can bring the furkids makes a world of difference. The yard is large enough for them to run and play, the location is set back from any major roads. It's just perfect. We can't wait to come back in the spring!

Stayed Aug 20, 2025Quiet and small good for crashing. Unfortunately we found the beds uncomfortable and there was mold in the ACs so we could not use them. We ended up leaving a day early because we could not sleep. But again for the price it was to be expected.

Stayed Jul 16, 2025My experience with VRBO and Vacasa was seamless from start to finish. The property exceeded our expectations and Vacasa was so prompt in responding to any questions I had. The home was spacious, cozy and charming. We could tell it was very loved and cared for. My wife and I drove up from Boston and the location was perfect for us since we were spending most of our time hiking in the Notch which was a 10 min drive. We brought our dog and she was loving it. The house is dog friendly and had everything we needed. It was also super clean! Down the road in Franconia you’ll find a great market, an awesome coffee shop and some yummy restaurants. There is also Fox Hill Park for nearby hiking. We had the best week and can’t wait to come back!
