Mountain-view home with firepit, patio, grill, Ping-Pong table, fireplace, W/D

It was a nice property in a good location. There were a few hiccups during our stay but the property manager responded quickly.

We loved this cabin! It is better than the photos and conveniently located in Suncadia. Everything was well done and decorated delightfully. Everything was easy and comfortable. Check in was flawless. This is much nicer and the price point was excellent!

It was a perfect fit for us. My wife and I invited two other couples to join us for a wedding weekend and this place was a perfect size and gave us all the amenities that we needed.

Really nice and clean house. Is a bit close to the main road and other houses so it can be a little noisy sometimes, but all in all, not that bad. House has great amenities and has a fully stocked kitchen. House has many fun things to do for all family members.

Fantastic location, easy walk to everything. All needs covered with kitchen/bath/outdoor necessities.Could not get AC to work, lowest temp we could get was 69. House warmed up to 76 on hottest day. The floors were absolutely filthy. We are a no shoe household, our socks were black

Comfortable, dog-friendly place with all the amenities, very comfortable beds, lots of seating at the kitchen table and bar, same for the living room! Lots of towels, extra linen and most importantly, the air-conditioning worked great when it was 97 outside! Will stay again!

Excellent property. Clean well stocked, within walking to everything we wanted to do. Definitely a keeper.

This home is lovely and well appointed. It is in a great location, close to everything in every direction. Beds are comfy even for my husband with back issues. Love that it’s dog friendly. Dog dish provided. Kitchen has most of what you need, with a few exceptions (need a big colander). There was no coffee for the Kurig. We had instacart deliver some, and we forgot our leftovers, so that won’t be an issue for the next guest at least… and it’s good to know that delivery is an option. It was quick too. Ping pong was a family hit. There are some items for outdoor use across the seasons. There aren’t many board games, bring your own. A giant Christmas tree was in the corner. We visited in December so it was nice to have seasonal decor. Manager was exceptionally responsive. House was overall clean. Felt better about it than most and we’ve rented several houses on trips. A few minor things were missed in cleaning but no major deal breakers and the cleaning crew had been delayed due to weather (it had snowed). My son immediately pulled off his comforter as it seemed to have food stains on it. House needs some drawer and cupboard organization but again, that’s just a preference not a deal breaker. Overall, a very good rental. 4 stars from us.

Loved the outdoor fireplace. A very cozy clean mountain home. No doubt the best place we have stayed. The autumn colors were beautiful.

The house couldn't have been any cleaner. The furnishings were first class. The process was super easy. The location within the resort was excellent. Less than 5 mins to resort and the Prospector Golf Course.

House was clean with plenty of kitchen amenities. Great location and super close to the winery, resort, and golf. Would come back again.

House was well situated to walk to many of the Suncadia amenities (trail system, Swiftwater Winery, golf courses, etc.) and the downstairs living area was very comfortable.

We had never stayed in Suncadia before. Decided to try it with 3 couples. The house was very nice and comfortable for all of us. Nice table for 6 both indoors and outdoors. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening too. Not real fancy but clean and comfortable in a beautiful woodsy setting.

Clean and comfortable, nice finishes and nice linens. The house is both homey and a little upscale. No heavy air fresheners! Traveled with our little Corgi dog and enjoyed Suncadia and local hiking in the area. We have stayed in four different places in Suncadia. We would definitely return to this home.
