Stayed Feb 2, 2026The property is clean but dealing with Vacasa was horrible, impersonal, frustrating and sometimes confusing. We wanted to enjoy the pool but couldn't find where to pay the 72/day fee. (It would be good to have that option when paying the VRBO fee). Vacasa didn't send the property details until the last minute. When we had questions, we tried Message the host but only got AI generated answers that weren't relevant. To open and lock the front door required a 10-digit code which was frustrating, especially if you missed a number, the lock would freeze up and you couldn't get in - a buzz kill especially when you're on vacation. We've done numerous enjoyable VRBO vacations but never had a host like Vacasa and hope we never have any more.

Stayed Oct 17, 2024Nice quiet neighbourhood, house is comfortable and as pictured. Well-stocked with dishes, cutlery, etc. Not close to shopping/groceries or restaurants, so plan to Uber if you don’t have a car. Water pressure could not handle two simultaneous showers, master showerhead is quite low and wall coverings in the master bath need replacement. No bath fans is a downside as well. Overall a comfortable place to stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very nice 3 bedroom house. Good beds, plenty of usable space, and nice furnishings. Weekly gardener and pool service made the exterior really nice. Close to downtown Palm Springs with great restaurants and shopping.

Stayed Feb 27, 2024The property was clean and nice. However, we paid an extra $326 for heating the pool and spa. The water did not reach appropriate temperatures during our entire stay! I would like this fee refunded to me. Also,I have placed several calls to Vrbo regarding this issue and have never received a response for resolution of this problem
