Fantastic views await at this three-bedroom home in the Upper Alpine area of South Fork, beautifully situated in a gorgeous, quiet setting surrounded by mountains. You can ride your ATV right from the house, or spend your days venturing to the nearby Wolf Creek Ski Area (22 miles southwest) or exploring the adjacent RioGrande National Forest. Enjoy the convenience of a private washer/dryer to take care of your clothes after a day of outdoor adventures, as well as decking on two sides of the house where you can take your morning coffee or evening glass of wine, all while enjoying the mountain views. Most of the house is on one main floor, with its natural wood walls, fully equipped kitchen, and fireplace with a floor-to-ceiling stone hearth. The exception is the loft room, which offers two twin beds and is accessible only by a winding staircase. The three bedrooms have one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, and two twin beds, respectively.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
