Stayed May 22, 2026Although the house is currently in the middle of some Renovations it was cleaned up very well. The property was still beautiful. And in the movie room they took out the projector and there was a TV instead. But the jacuzzi was quite nice and the kitchen was beautiful. We stayed here for a soccer tournament weekend and would love to return for a regular weekend trip with our family. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and extremely beautiful with all the surrounding trees. Definitely recommend it would stay again.

Stayed May 8, 2026Two of the bedrooms (Queen and King) are conjoined without a door to separate them. Doesn't allow for privacy. The water was shut off late on our first night. It was fixed the next morning but was inconvenient for the night.

Stayed Oct 16, 2025We came to Flagstaff for my mother’s 90th Birthday and to see our brand new twin baby grandchildren. This house was an exceptional place to rent. It is a perfect home. We were comfortable and relaxed the whole time. The house has rooms for family to escape. The backyard is absolutely beautiful and the hot tub and fire pit were incredible. Also, Joe was helpful and quick to respond when I had a question. I would definitely rent this place again. Wonderful!

Stayed Sep 25, 2024The house was beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed. The owner was very prompt in answering all of my questions. Since the upstairs media room does not have ceiling fans, it could have used a portable fan to keep it cooler. It was a great place to stay to accommodate my family and friend's for my daughter's wedding at the Arboretum. Thank you so much!
