Stayed Jan 15, 2026Just was in contact and communicated as needed. We did not need to get in touch because the house was self explanatory and had everything to cover our needs. We had our small grandchildren with us and were pleased to see that baby gates were permanently installed at the bottom and top of the stairs We brought one just in case but as said the house was very well equipped for our needs.

Stayed Dec 5, 2025This place is absolutely beautiful! It was super clean and well maintained. It provided so many extras. The kitchen and restrooms were fully stocked. The bedrooms had beautiful, soft linens and super comfortable mattresses. Closets had plenty of hangers. The outside had great outside furniture. The deck had been dusted with salt so we wouldn't slip and the house was already warm when we arrived. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful views. It's also super close to Ruidoso city center, which made venturing out easy. The owner, Greg, was so accommodating and helpful. This was the best rental experience I've ever had. I highly recommend this place.

Stayed Nov 21, 2025We went with family to visit Ruidoso and have a quiet get away. The house was beautiful with ample space for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed. Can’t wait to book again.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Wonderful home! So clean and welcoming! The front and back porches were wonderful to hang out drinking coffee, enjoying the coolness of the morning. Safe & quiet location, very close to downtown shops. Loved the wildlife! Great home to relax and unwind. Can't say enough about this home.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Absolutely loved this cabin!! There were 6 of us with plenty of room for more people. Great location close to downtown. Felt safe and relaxed. Just what we wanted and needed. Quiet location with lots of deer and elk. 5 stars!!
