Mountain Mansion rental

Pros: many bunk beds for kids. Community pool and tennis court. State park to hike in 15 min. Kitchen appliances and washer/dryer were modern. Cons: The room next to the utility room smelled bad and loud due to the furnacr. We couldn't use the room with 2 single bed. Curtains and blinds in the main level and basement were broken, we couldn't close. Doors were old, and there were some holes on the walls and doors. Frying pans were old.

It was a great house for our family event. It needs some minor maintenance in the upstairs bathrooms. Several of the bedroom doors have holes on them. The kitchen sink faucet is loose, so it swivels. But it does not leak. The white chair ottoman in the gathering room is missing its wheels and there are some deep scratches in the floor by the end table next to the sectional couch in the gathering room. The mattresses were a good quality; it was nice to have a comfy bed at the end of a busy day. In other words, good place with some minor issues. Would definitely stay there again.

Thank you so much for having us at this beautiful and well equipped home! We were all so comfortable and could spend time together at the long dining room table or spread out with the game room downstairs.

The house was wonderful. Everything we expected was provided, and all 22 guests from the four generations of my family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. I was concerned there might not be sufficient parking for such a large gathering, but I was pleased to find out it was unwarranted.

We found the place to be comfortable and had ample space for all 4 of our families that totaled 19 in all, ranging from the ages of 64 all the way to 4 months! We found Kathy to be a very gracious host and answered all our questions in a timly manner! Thank you Kathy for making our stay enjoyable!

We absolutely loved the place. It accommodated our group quite comfortably. The open kitchen, dining, living area was exactly what we look for and the Mountain Mansion did not disappoint. Check in was also very easy. One note though, We noticed some holes in some doors from door stops on top and a hole in the paneling near the front entrance and wanted to be sure you knew that they were there before we arrived. We just didn’t want to be blamed for them, so that’s why I noted them in this review. Otherwise, the place was awesome!

We had a group of 8 stay, it was perfect (with plenty of room for more!). The living room area is perfect for gathering around to hang out. The dining room table is huge. Plenty of chairs/room for meals and playing games.

Wonderful accommodations. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms. Nice area to vacation.

Beautiful home that is always clean and well maintained. We have used it for a golf outing with 16 guys and it provides plenty of room for everyone. Kathy is great to work with. Highly recommend.

Very close to hidden valley resorts. Had a wonderful stay with five other friends and families. Everything was how it's shown in the photos. The house veranda was very dirty and was not cleaned with ashtray full and the furniture was very dusty. The main rooms were all clean and the

The house was great for our large group. The large family room and basement game room allowed different groups to play/hang out together. The large table was great for large meals and doubled for multiple board games. The location was great for skiing as well. The house is worn-in and has clearly been a rental for awhile; however, this should only stop the snootiest of folks - it was great for our group and we would book it again.

Kathy was great to deal with. The house is perfect for mixed age groups. The kids camped out downstairs in the gameroom on the VR headsets,while the adults enjoyed the spacious second floor. The weekend was perfect.

Overall impression of property was great except for the one bedroom in the basement. Bedroom was cold and damp and shared by the utility room.

Every detail surpassed expectatiins from the quality of the linens to the extensuve variety of cookware- we wnlanted for nothing.This is the nicest property we have booked.

We booked this property for our annual skiing trip to Seven Springs. The pictures doesn't do it justice. The owner was super responsive and generous. Highly recommend this property. Will definitely try to book it again in the future.

Stayed with family for a large reunion. Plenty of space, good amenities. Great nearby hikes.

We have a party of 17 guys for a golf weekend. House has plenty of room for our group with plentiful sleeping options. Kathy is great to work with as the host and the house is always very clean. Highly recommend for a large group.

The house was great for our large family of 12 adults and 8 kids. We used all the bedrooms and the kitchen and living areas were good. The pool only allows 10 people into the pool per unit, so that was a big disappointment. This will probably prevent us from using the property again because we are such a large group.

We had a large group of 4 families - 8 adults and 12 children ages 7-14. The house was perfect for our group with the 2 large bunk rooms so we could easily split the girls and the boys and plenty of space for everyone to move about comfortably. The kids loved exploring the outside area and we enjoyed the fire pit both nights. The wi-fi was not working for us, but that's ok it was a good excuse to go off the grid haha. Thank you!
