Stayed Dec 31, 2025Suzie and Christine are the best. Quickly answered questions and handled the hot water issue quickly.Kitchen is well stocked. Each guest having their own bathroom was a plus with all adults.The house is set is a beautiful valley.

Stayed Nov 17, 2025Everything was great! There was communication from the host/manager making sure everything was great and if we needed anything. The house itself was amazing. Seven full bedrooms with their own bathrooms, plus living quarters in the bottom floor and two more half baths. One room is ADA accessible on the main floor. One half bath is ADA accessible. These are hard to find in vacation homes. We just loved it!

Stayed May 29, 2025This is such a great property. Lots of room in a beautiful setting. Every bedroom has a bath plus 2 half baths. The kitchen is well equiped.

Stayed May 21, 2025We had a large group of women on a yoga retreat and the house with so many bathrooms was perfect! There were also 2 1/2 baths near the kitchen that I didn’t see listed that were a bonus. We cooked all our own food and there were plenty of kitchen items. Also so nice to see an over abundance of towels & bedding.

Stayed Dec 30, 2023This was a wonderful home! Every bedroom has its own bathroom and there were 3 common areas for family to gather. It is a short drive to Pagosa Springs and about a 30 minute drive to Wolf Creek. Overall, we had a wonderful time and I would recommend this beautiful home!

Stayed Dec 23, 2023We had a wonderful stay. The property manager had set up a Christmas tree and brought a pack n play so we didn't have to bring one. The bedrooms/suites were wonderful so everyone had their own bathroom. The teens/preteens took over the basement and had their own little place. We shared many meals together and the views were spectacular. We would definitely return here for a spacious, comfortable vacation for the whole family.
