Stayed Apr 10, 2026Everything was good except the internet did not work, cable tv didn’t work and the gas grill ran out of gas while we were trying to cook dinner. Internet would have been nice since our phone service was limited. Otherwise it was clean, cozy and quiet.

Stayed Mar 11, 2026Great location, close to town, park across the street and the best well stocked rental we’ve ever stayed in. We got to see the wild horses in the park every morning, deer, elk and all sorts of wildlife while we were there. Loved how stocked the kitchen was. All the staples were there ready for you to cook. Very cozy and felt right at home. We did an ATV tour with BackCountry Attitudes and had the best time!

Stayed Feb 27, 2026Beautiful place in a beautiful location. Everything you could want/need. It was our first visit to Ruidoso and I feel that we were already spoiled and we're certainly not going to settle for less now! Great place with attentive management.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025Beautiful place to stay. I will stay there again in the future. Very clean. I only wish I had was: they use fragrance-free soaps and laundry detergent. The smell was strong. Otherwise, very relaxing and peaceful.

Stayed Sep 11, 2025Beautiful place and great location. Very clean and well kept. Plenty of room for the four people we had. Even had deer in the yard one morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 28, 2024This was the third time we have stayed here and will continue to do so in the future. The condo is just a couple of blocks from midtown where you will find plenty of shopping, restaurants, a craft brewery and our favorite winery. We always have everything we need. I highly recommend this property.

Stayed Oct 2, 2023We rented this unit with another couple and found it to be very clean, fairly well equipped, and located in a convenient location to restaurants and shops. Attention to details such as burned out light bulbs, disconnected air conditioning unit, and ceiling fan that was not working are necessary.
