Stayed Sep 19, 2025Beautiful place to stay. I will stay there again in the future. Very clean. I only wish I had was: they use fragrance-free soaps and laundry detergent. The smell was strong. Otherwise, very relaxing and peaceful.

Stayed Sep 11, 2025Beautiful place and great location. Very clean and well kept. Plenty of room for the four people we had. Even had deer in the yard one morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 28, 2024This was the third time we have stayed here and will continue to do so in the future. The condo is just a couple of blocks from midtown where you will find plenty of shopping, restaurants, a craft brewery and our favorite winery. We always have everything we need. I highly recommend this property.

Stayed Oct 2, 2023We rented this unit with another couple and found it to be very clean, fairly well equipped, and located in a convenient location to restaurants and shops. Attention to details such as burned out light bulbs, disconnected air conditioning unit, and ceiling fan that was not working are necessary.

Stayed Aug 21, 2023The condo was just minutes to Mid-town Ruidoso and easy walking! A park just across the street...we saw Elk twice! Condo was clean and comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed except for wine glasses. I would also recommend bathmats for the bathrooms.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was great place to stay. Very quiet and enjoyable cabin. Very clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed female Elk walking up one evening to dine on tree leaves off the balcony.
