Mountain Lodge at Snowshoe: Beautiful Location, Views

We had a little trouble gaining entry on arrival but cost us less than 15 mins to rectify. Property is clean, roomy, perfect for families. Hot tub was clean and accommodated 6 easily. TV’s are a bit dated and slow to respond but work fine…and not a huge issue since we come to CO to get outside! Few nice hiking trails within walking distance. Spied all kinds of wildlife including moose, beavers and birds. Well stocked with kitchen items, extra blankets, lots of towels. Would book again!

We even enjoyed watching 2 moose walk right by the house while sitting in the hot tub! They were only 5 feet away from us. Such a beautiful home and property.

Deck was perfect for watching the sunrise and sunsets. Hot tub was really large and maintained well. Lot's of games to play. The house was well appointed. LOVED IT. Only draw back is the unpaved road. Must have a 4 wheel drive vehicle in snow or rain conditions. Great hikes right out your door as well. Summit Mountain rentals is an excellent rental agency.

Cabin was very clean and lots of space for our family. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice mountain house, good layout and well stocked, views all around from multiple decks. Very close to Breck but far enough to be out of tourist madness. Great stay would recommend.

Upstairs main king bedroom had a large closet for our toddler (has a pack n play in unit despite the rental company telling me otherwise), next to a queen bedroom, and basement level had bunk beds in each room. Beds were comfortable, somewhat firm, everything very clean, easy driving access to Breckenridge & the ski resort. Good communication with rental company.

Everything about this place was amazing! We instantly felt at home, only there was more here than we were used to! Enjoying family meals in the dining area after easily preparing meals in the fully stocked kitchen was delightful; taking in the views from the hot tub was glorious; listening to the water rushing in the nearby creek from the master suite balcony and both decks was so soothing; breathing and feeling the crisp mountain air when opening the doors and windows was perfection. I could literally go on and on, but suffice it to say we wanted for nothing while here (well, except a longer stay)!
