Mountain Home w/ a Game Room, Private Hot Tub, & Free WiFi

Home was situated in a very quiet neighborhood, and the interior was very clean.

The bacl deck and open living area is npt exposed during sunsets. This offers a cooler outside area for dinner and evening entertainment.

The 7 of us stayed at the house for a few days and it was great. Had great spaces for everyone, toys for the kids, and working AC. Would happily come again!

We enjoyed our stay there while we visited Yosemite in July 2025. There is a 50 HOA fees per car which I didn't notice when booked the place

Very good experience staying in this big and cozy house. Big, well equipped kitchen. Spacious living room. Enough bedrooms/beds for all of us. We will definitely consider staying in this house again in future.

Everything you need and a cute town!

The place was very spacious. Overall cleanliness was OK but there were crumbs around the kitchen reach by the laundry room and around the dining table. There was a sample laundry detergent and dishwasher. We did a load of dishes but then had to wash by hand bc we had no more dishwasher detergent or pods. It’s not practical to have the guest purchase dishwasher detergent for a week stay. I have no idea if a small amount of detergent could be purchased. We would have but the local store was ultra expensive and the nearest reasonably priced grocery place is over 2 hrs away. Similarly w/ the laundry detergent. A note indicating to bring one’s own pads for each dishwasher and clothes washer would be nice. We bought meat to grill burgers, the house had no foil or other tools to safely clean the grill or even flip and grab the burgers. We found ourselves missing some kitchen essentials including the fact that a single ice tray is not sufficient for ice for a family of 5 adults. We found another tray at a thrift shop and left it w/ the house. The ice maker in the fridge was busted and we had no knowledge prior to our arrival. Need key card for car entry once checked in. A bit more details related to how far from a good grocery store and pharmacy would have helped. The MarVal small store in town was way over the top expensive. We could have purchased and brought sufficient groceries w/ some info on local prices.The cost of the local pizza was insane, 80 for 2 large pizzas.

The property is in a really good location and overall space was as advertised. However, the unit has not been updated and you can see that especially in the Kitchen. We felt that the Kitchen would work for making a coffee or something super simple but anything beyond would be challenging and some of the utensils were unwieldy. Apart from the Kitchen, we have a cleaning service issue as one of the bathrooms was not flushing but it was fixed within 24 hours

The house itself was great, but the dishwasher was still fully loaded when we arrived so I had to unload the dishwasher and put everything away. Additionally, there were towels in the dryer, so I folded those. The deck was dusty and table on the deck was dirty. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable and the hot tub was perfect!

Our multi generational family stayed here for two nights. The home was clean, spacious, had comfortable beds. It had a well equipped kitchen, which included great coffee and spices and plenty of pots and pans. Our 3 year old loved the toys in the 2 playrooms / bedrooms and our teenager enjoyed playing pool. We went swimming in the heated community pool and played golf!! We would definitely stay here again!

It was great to stay here. It has a beautiful view to the Forest. The place was clean a quiet neighbors. Excellent place to relax and enjoy the time with family.

Our family enjoyed the stay here. The house was clean and spacious. I liked the open plan of the first floor. My children loved the pool table and the tree house outside.

Beautiful home, lots of space, comfortable beds. Very convenient for the family and our gathering. With the length of our stay, and the number of us there, should be more than 1/2 of a small garbage can for us to use.

Everything about the property was as described. Our stay was very pleasant. This property was big enough for 10 adults, only items that can be improved upon will be 4 bunk beds. Also keep in mind you have to pay 46$ for each car to park.

This rental worked very well for our family day trips into Yosemite. Its a large home with reasonable furnishings, cooking utensils, plenty of games and puzzles for all ages, and could be a wonderful base for a multi-gen family vacation. Pine Mountain Lake is a mountain community with lots of owner rentals available. Its a fairly dense and vertical community with lots of steep parcels and roads. Actual access to the lake is not easy though. Limited parking is available for guests at the marina beach and while cars are not supposed to park on the steep road outside the beach area, they do and really there's no place to walk from the car to the beach, no sidewalks, etc. Its OK, but we decided not worth the effort to use. We toured the golf course and Horse camp and both were lovely. We did not use restaurants within the PML community. Access in and out of the main entrance was easy and friendly and we enjoyed restaurants in Groveland; the Mexican restaurant and the grocery store are both excellent. We ordered sandwiches to take into the NP at the store. I'd come to PML again for a useful gateway to Yosemite and this house worked well.

We have stayed at many different homes in Pine Mountain Lake and this one falls somewhere in the middle. There were Pros, such as a wonderful AC that kept us nice and cool in the heat of the summer. The location is very nice, a quiet street which allows for the wildlife interaction. The yard was a nice space, and there was nice walking around. Cons were the place was not very clean. The surface level was clean but one dusting in all the spaces above head would go along way. There were a lot of bug issues, ants, spiders and beetles, which made the stay a little stressful rather than relaxing. Vacasa did come to help with the ants and that problem was solved in a couple days. This place could use a deep clean and a little updating and it would be great. Grateful to Vacasa for prompt attention.

I have nothing but good things to say about this property! I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a comfy getaway while visiting Yosemite.
