Everything was top notch.

Great house! 2 families with kids, toddlers and teenagers. Loved the two living areas, up stairs and in the basement! Great kitchen! Loved the two fireplaces and the pool table / ping pong table were a hit. Comfortable beds and comfortable couches. House is in great shape! Would definitely recommend and return!

When we entered the house, there was a musky smell/odor present. HVAC installed in the upstairs bedrooms windows noise could be heard from the road. Those windows were partially open, making it unsecured. Insects alive and dead ones in the basement. The Sprinkler water hitting the downstairs window. This noise made it difficult to sleep. When the ceiling fan was turned on dusts came falling down. No privacy curtains/blinds over the downstairs patio door. The Fire alarm went off @2:15 am and I made a phone call to the number provided and no one answered. An email was sent to the Host and a technician came out to discover, batteries had not been changed for an extended period of time. On the deck there are a few boards needing repair. This Property is managed by a company.

Exceptional House! Gorgeous location! Well equipped, comfortable and spacious. A definite stay for a large group in Durango. We loved it!

The home is lovely but needs care. The wooden deck is a liability with rotten boards and nails protruding.A fresh set of pots and pans is needed.The nonstick cookware is peeling and we all know that is toxic.There also was not enough towels or sheets for all the rooms.Over all our family enjoyed the space and amenities and these things I mention is just upkeep information for your next guests.

Beautiful home with beautiful views. Close enough to town but still felt like you were in the country.

This home is absolutely beautiful! It’s obvious a lot of thought was put into it prior to construction. It accommodated our family of 14 very well. Its location and views are very good. The owner was very easy to work with as well as the booking agency. I highly recommend this home for your stay!

We had a group of 14 and this home provided just the right amount of space for us. We were able to spread out enough to make it a pleasant stay with 4 toddlers, and 4 families. The kitchen was very well stocked as was the entire house. Setup well for large groups. Being able to hear and see the train from the backyard was a huge hit for our 4 year old grandson. The pool table provided entertainment for the adults. Location worked perfect for the activities we enjoyed while visiting the area. The photos showed more outdoor seating than there was so I would recommend bringing your own. And mosquitos were really bad late afternoon through the evening so it made it hard to enjoy the outdoors during the cooler parts of the day. Bring bug repellent and that might help. AC in the summer would have been ideal, but fans and open windows helped manage the heat for the most part.

Property was very nice, few items that would put it over the top; more bath towels - addition of beach towels - more patio furniture on balcony - downstairs sink in shared bathroom slow to drain - dinnerware in downstairs kitchen

Great place for kids to play out side. Room for all of 14 of us! Great Location.

Great quiet place to stay

I would recommend to any large group going to Durango! Beautiful inside and out! We did a lot of cooking and you had everything we needed for 14 people! The younger crowd played pool and made the downstairs their own! When we got home we were already wishing we were back in Durango! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

This home was the perfect fit for both friends and family. Plenty of room and space for everyone. And it was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s close to everything; Durango is literally less than 10 minutes and Purgatory was about 20. There was plenty of room for our gang of 13 and one dog. The rental company was VERY responsive when we had any questions or concerns, which was much appreciated. It was hot in Durango this past week (very unusual...I used to live there and don’t remember it being so hot), but there were fans available in each room and we were gone during the day anyway so were able to escape most of the heat. It was pleasant inside at night. I wish the grass right around the house had been mown; it was pretty long, but the field by the pond was great for playing kickball and wiffle ball. The fire pit on the deck was great for making s’mores every night, too! The house was very clean and had most everything we needed (we cooked most of our meals there). One recommendation would be to get new bath towels and hand towels but other than that, no complaints! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
