Mountain Home in Ellicottville - Close to Village

The house was really nice. Great amount of space and love that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Perfect for our family vacay. Would love to see it in the summer and use some of the outside amenities. We saw lots of wildlife even with the freezing temps! Owner was quick to text us back when we had a question. Just a few issues - Upstairs water never really got hot and a better guide to how stuff works in the house would be great. Also if there is measurable snow a 4x4 or at the very least all wheel drive to get up the road is needed.

Really cool place. Some things need better instruction or updating, but overall very accommodating.

The hot tub wasn't working the first night, but our host quickly got someone out to fix it the next day. All of the bedding had a strong perfume smell which we weren't fond of. Also, the hot water wasn't very hot. The game room was fantastic though. I also received a message from the host saying that the garage door was open, I didn't have a problem with that, but it was only open for minutes while we were getting everybody into their cars. Overall, I would stay there again.

This house was absolutely gorgeous!!!! We booked this for a Women’s Friendsgiving dinner !!!! The owner Anthony is very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be staying again really soon.

We were looking for a combination of quiet family time and proximity to activities, and we found both with this property. The house itself is well-maintained and well-appointed. We visited during winter and loved having the hot tub available. Also, there are many outdoor seating and gathering areas. The location vis-à-vis Ellicottville and Holiday Valley was perfect. Being a couple of miles away from them gave us privacy and quiet when we were at the house, while also providing easy access to restaurants, shopping, hiking and skiing when we wanted them. The layout and comfort of the family room and common areas promoted lots of family time and group discussions. We enjoyed our time staying at this property & highly recommend it to others.

This house was amazing . Beautiful and perfect for a get away with our adult children . Would stay here again . Game room was fun , perfect TV set up for lots of football. LOVED it!!!!!

This place is a gem. Big and rooming for the 4 couples. The games room lead to some serious competition and the great room was great to end the night for chats and drinks. Anthony was ver accommodating when ever we had a question. Would stay here again. The place was beautiful
