    Great stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and in a perfect spot for exploring the area. Joanna was super friendly and quick to respond. The coffee setup was a nice touch — it’s funny how something so simple can make the morning feel a lot better. Would definitely stay again!

    Our stay was perfect ! The house was clean, cozy, and quiet . We had everything needed to cook delicious meals throughout our stay. The location is easily accessible and close to many nearby attractions. If you prefer to eat at restaurants, there are tons of options around the corner .Joanna and Joshua are the absolute BEST ! They were beyond kind and helpful and made us feel right at home ! We loved everything about this home and its host!! We will most definitely plan to stay again

    Great spot. Exactly as pictured and I was THRILLED that there was coffee there for the making as grocery shopping was not on my to do list. Be sure to let the host know if you're planning on using the outside patios so she can clean them up a bit. You will need a car to get to most dining and entertainment options, but the apartment comes with its own parking spot and is a quick 5/10 minute drive from almost all options. No complaints!

    My husband and I stayed for our 30th wedding anniversary. The place was amazing. Loved the decor and the amenities were great. Hosts were so warm and friendly. Definitely recommend staying here. Will definitely come back if we are in Colorado again. Thank you for all that you did.

    This vrbo was a great stay! My husband and I visit COS often, and this apt was one of our favorites. It's attached to the main house, but it feels private and has its own outside sitting area. The inside was very clean, updated, and had everything we needed to cook for the week. It's located near several restaurants, and only 15 mins from Garden of the Gods and Red Rock Open Space. Joanna and Joshua were great hosts and made our stay great. We highly recommend this vrbo if you're staying in COS.

    Perfect location to shopping , eating out and overall enjoyment. Everything was nice and updated and the host were awesome. Definitely would stay again in the future !!!
