This is our second time staying at this home. It is terrific! 5 bedrooms, most with their own bathroom, and upstairs and downstairs common space allow plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen is perfect and hot tub is great! Will definitely stay again.

This house was beautiful and very well maintained. The rooms and beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for two families with kids. The hot tub was also really nice. We had a few issues, which is the reason for the 4 star review. Winter Park Escapes was the absolute best! So helpful and responsive. We arrived to a clean house, but with white pet fur everywhere. It was all over the garage, front door mat and the den rug and sofa. The house is pet friendly but this was a lot of fur, it was all over our clothes and socks after sitting down. Winter Park Escapes came out immediately and re-cleaned and we were all set. The house did not include a Keurig machine as noted (and in the pictures) and the coffee maker available was a small coffee mate. I realize this is a minor issue- but for us it was important. Last, the garage heater was not turned on when we arrived and they were unable to turn it on until our last day at the house. This is the man reason for 4 stars vs 5 because we specifically booked a house with a heated garage. Having 5 kids put on cold, wet, frozen ski boots in the morning is very unpleasant and the house rules were very strict as to not wearing or bringing ski gear inside (understandable, but a problem without a heated garage). Overall- the house is beautiful and in amazing shape and a great location. If the garage heater had not been an issue I would absolutely book again!

The location was perfect for our family - close to the resort as well as other activities in town. Three generations, three families, all with the space needed to be together or separate.

Our stay at this beautiful cabin in Winter Park, Colorado, was absolutely perfect! The cabin itself is cozy, well-kept, and surrounded by stunning scenery, but what truly makes the experience special is the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. The included activities were such a delightful bonus—there was something for everyone, from kids to adults, and it made our trip even more memorable. We came with both family and friends, and everyone had a wonderful time. In fact, we've made this getaway a yearly tradition because it's so enjoyable and meaningful for us all. Highly recommend this cabin and utilizing Winter Park Escapes to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and welcoming place to stay in the mountains!

Would stay in this home again. Kitchen had very nice supply of pots,pans,utensils dinnerware and very functional. There were 11 of us and sleeping accommodation were perfect. Mattresses extremely comfortable. This home is exceptionally clean . The deck area chairs are great for coffee in the am, the view of the sunsets were amazing. Dining room table fit all of us easily. Downstairs family room was great for kids to go and play . The management company was very responsive to any questions we had .

This home in Fraser was conveniently located in the middle of it all - just a quick drive to the Winter Park Resort, lots of trails, YMCA of the Rockies, Grandby, and Grand Lake. There was plenty of room for our extended family to spread out and the second living space in the basement by the bunk room was great for the cousin kids to enjoy each other without disrupting the adults upstairs. The home was well appointed with extra linens, fans, towels, and everything you could need in the kitchen. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub watching the gorgeous sunset after a long day of Rocky Mountain Adventures!

The unit was as described and better than the pictures! Our group had plenty of space for a comfortable long weekend in Winter Park. The neighborhood was quiet and backed up to a great trail system. The reservation process and check in were a breeze. We would definitely stay again!

The house was awesome with 3 master suites. Newer and kept up well. The hot tub was nice as well. We had a great time. Just a few things to note, taking trash to trash receptacles was not ideal. There was not dish detergent but I'm thinking this was a mistake because there was laundry detergent which was a nice touch. We also bought the house aluminum foil and some other food storage items. There were a few but we cooked a lot and had a lot of kids.

Chalet 7 was a perfect set up for us. We had grandkids and parents on the bottom floor with bunk beds and private room for mom and dad. Kids woke up early but the rest of us in the rooms above got to sleep in! The kitchen was wonderful as it had all the things we needed to cook a feast every day. The thermostates were in each room to keep each us happy with the temp we like to sleep at. We came during the Christmas holidays and the snow was perfect to ski. winter park and nearby grandby were easy to get to and the driveway was cleared off for us each morning before we left. the tubing hill at the entry of the subdivision was a blast for our grands ages 3 and 6. We would love to come back during the summer . Beds were comfy, large bathrooms and lots of towels for all.

Our multigenerational family spent Thanksgiving weekend at this lovely home and it was an excellent pick! Great location close to town, very clean, comfortable beds and a perfect layout! We would highly recommend to others looking for a beautiful mountain getaway!

Our family enjoyed the spacious house!! It was clean and an extra perk was fans and cool mist humidifiers were provided!!
