Stayed Oct 3, 2025Listing had an incorrect item listed, VRBO adding something the house did not actually have, contacted the host and he clarified and updated the listing. He did let us store our bikes inside since there was no muddy conditions during our stay.Overall, the place was great, no issues, very convenient location, lots of room for our group of 13!

Stayed Aug 15, 2025Three generations, spanning ages 70 to 10 years, had ample space to unwind together. The younger ones enjoyed various board games and even had a disco dancing contest, complete with a glittering disco ball. They also played hockey and went on hikes and biking excursions. On hot days, they cooled off in the river behind the local ice cream shop. The house was equipped With all the essentials to make they savored delicious home-cooked meals for 10 .

Stayed Oct 6, 2023Very personal place, feels like staying at a friends house, not an impersonal hotel. Everything we could need for cooking was stocked, cozy living room for hanging out. Really comfortable bedrooms well spaced out for privacy. Loved the fire pit outside!

Stayed Sep 10, 202311 of us spent a week at the house and loved it. It's spacious for large groups, and had all the amenities we needed. Ours was a mountain biking adventure, and the house is located right in the middle of the Kingdom Trails and Burke Mountain networks, and the town is within walking distance. When we get back to KT in the future, 588 Alpine Ln will be the place we stay.

Stayed Jul 7, 2023We stayed here for multiple nights due to a family wedding in the area. The house was exactly as described and perfect for our group of 9 - plenty of room for everyone to have their own space or come together for meals, whatever you’re looking for. The homeowner was amazing to work with and was very responsive and helpful to all of my questions. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Oct 9, 2021The house is right next to the ski resort and mountain. It's a great getaway but you are also in an area with some other houses which make you feel very safe. The house itself is great. You can tell the Delaney family had a lot of fun in this house and you would be motivated to enjoy Vermont more. I would definitely love to come back again.
