Stayed Aug 16, 2025Great location and the view is amazing! We loved sitting on the deck and watching the birds and seals. The two upstairs bedrooms do not have a door between them but this was not a problem for us. We would definitely stay again!

Stayed Jul 12, 2025We loved it! Views for days. Very bright and open. Loved that it was dog friendly. We were very pleasantly surprised at how well stocked everything was. We had a great time cooking and eating while enjoying the view. We would highly recommend!!!

Stayed Oct 17, 2024It was a very nice house with a good view and everything in it worked as it should. My biggest complaint was that the living room smelled like dog urine BAD. I sprayed everything with some odor eliminator I found and after a couple days it was livable. Outside of that, the back patio lock is a bear & the king bed needs a new mattress but nothing is perfect so those are just notes, not complaints.

Stayed Oct 5, 2024Overall, this is a very nice location. The view is second to none. Getting to it can be a challenge, although, because you are near the end of a long dirt road, there are few cars that pass and it is quiet. There are stairs (of course, so you can get to the master bedroom and bath) but they are narrow, be prepared to take luggage up one at a time. The house was clean and comfortable and all the windows were very clean (which helps with taking in the wonderful view). My biggest issue would be the water, be prepared to bring bottled water, drinking the water out of the tap is not recommended. There is a water cooler in the kitchen with a large water bottle that is available, but you could really go thru that quickly if you used it for cooking as well as drinking. Except for the water, this is a perfectly quiet and relaxing place to go.

Stayed Sep 20, 2024Great house and we especially loved the location. The view out the window was spectacular every morning. One day, a couple of bald eagles graced us with their presence across the channel. We enjoyed several hikes and several offerings of the islands.

Stayed Aug 13, 2024We had a great time staying at Sebascodegan Island! The porch overlooking the water is beautiful and the house was very clean and well stocked. It’s a very quiet and peaceful property and we’d love to come back sometime.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024This property is close enough to places to visit but is a quiet residential setting. The deck and spectacular view is what sold it for us. We brought 2 medium dogs who spent most of the time at the house on the deck. The property manager is available and responsive.

Stayed May 22, 2024When we got there the plugs along one wall were not working. The property manager came and brought us extension cords to plug in lamp and electronics. The stove in kitchen should be replaced. Vent hood was nasty with grease etc. and one burner didn’t work on outdated stove. The burners looked pretty bad. This is a beautiful place and we enjoyed our stay but just needs some care.
