Morning View by GSVR | Luxury Beachfront w/ Pool, Elevator & Handicap Access + FREE Activities/Golf

We’ve stayed at VRBO properties for years and this was the best experience so far. It was a gorgeous home with beautiful views. There were common areas in all three floors, which was nice with a large group. The kitchen was well stocked. The house had a dedicated ice maker perfect for filling our beach coolers. Two giant refrigerators in the kitchen and two dish washers. There was a washing machine on every floor and a wet bar on the second floor. We brought our own beach chairs, but the house had plenty. We probably didn’t need our own chairs. We DID need to bring shade tents. We had some, but could have used more. The company contracts with Explore, which gaves free experiences daily. This was an added bonus we weren’t expecting. We used free parasailing and zoo tickets over several days between our group of twenty. There were several golf course options that would have been nice to use as well. We probably used 500 worth of free tickets but could easily have used twice that if we wanted. Great property and the property owner, GSvacationrentals, was fantastic. I would rent with them again for sure. Easy to talk to. Communication through the app was perfect, but I also called and talked to a real person twice. They were easy to get through to on the phone and very eager to meet our needs. Overall one of our best experiences with a vacation rental. Highly recommend!

Host went above and beyond. Accommodation was complete with everything needed and more. Great setting on the beach front. I would reserve this site again.

Very clean, spacious, well-designed, and incredible views from every floor! It was the perfect place for our large group and we definitely plan to come back!

House was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked well with utensils. Having an elevator was great for getting luggage up and down instead of having to carry up flights of stairs. Washers and dryers on every floor was a huge plus as well. We did have a small issue with a dryer not working, sent a text, and someone was there within a few hours to fix. Great customer service any time we had a question! Would definitely stay there again!

The VIEW of the blue ocean and openness of the main floor living room was breathtaking!!!The kitchen was very well stocked. Prompt responses to my questions from Gulf Shores property mgmt was an added benefit when planning a large party gathering. We did opt for heating pool in 2nd week of October but the Ocean was actually warmer. The additional living areas were more spacious than they appeared in photos so that was a huge plus too!! All of our guests were just in awe of the entire home and location!! Also heads up no gas grill and two small charcoal grills. We used them both! It’s Morning View is MUST to ENJOY!!!

We ranged from 18 months to 93 years The physical layout of the house was great We enjoyed games in the large great room and nice size pool. The kitchen was not as equipped as any of our previous rentals, which was frustrating. Also, although the house was clean, the upper 2 floors smelled damp.

We have never had any major issues...this year was just an issue with an ac drain pan and the maintenance personnel came immediately and took care of it. The personnel have always been nice and easy to work with/talk to. The house is beautiful and well maintained.
