Morning Coffee with the quail. Great views, excellent trails, and work friendly

This place was perfect. The location cannot be beat. Absolutely stunning views with so much to do no matter what your interests are. Thomas was a great host. We had an issue when we first got there, completely our fault, and Thomas couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this home.

The property was located in a quiet area, with great views, very relaxing. The host was very friendly and great to communicate with. Definitely a great place to stay and comfortable. I only marked down a little due to the place needing some updating. The refrigerator leaked water on the inside (but I think that could be fixed with a good defrost as this happened to one of my fridges at home) and the back yard needed weeding but otherwise it was a very nice place to stay. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and the shower was really nice and updated. The rest of the living areas were clean as well. I would recommend this property to others.

Great location!

Very nice property with probably the best AC system I've ever experienced. Each room can be adjusted to your likeness. Given it was hot, that was a nice feature. The view in the area is excellent. You can access the Lunch Loop trails right from the side yard. It is a duplex and it's the unit on the right which took us a minute to figure out. The house itself is old but that had no negative impact on the comfort of the house. It was perfect for my sister and I while visiting family. We had our own bed rooms. The bathroom and kitchen was all good and the living area was spacious. It will be on the top of my list when I return.

We stayed a week and absolutely couldn’t have stayed at a better place. Nice scenery and quiet atmosphere felt really safe and cozy. I will definitely book again!

Awesome spot! Excellent location, comfortable beds, and we had everything we needed for our stay.Stunning views while working remotely and amazing access to trails.As advertised, we saw the cute little quails while enjoying our coffee outside in the morning 3We can’t wait to come back!

It was great to have a fenced in yard for the dog. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed having access to a lot of channels to watch on the TV because we were wiped out from riding bikes. I even saw some quail while out back with the dog in the morning…as advertised!

Great location for hiking and biking / Monument Corridor bike path just out the back door / unit was spotless and a pleasure to stay in / Air conditioning and heating both worked well / beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We will try to stay here whenever we visit Grand Junction.

A nice quite getaway just outside of town

We loved staying here! It was super clean and very quiet. We went to the Colorado National Monument, which is like three minutes up the road - great location. Thomas was incredibly helpful and kind.

Quiet spot right next to the trails.

Great place to stay in GJ! Host was very friendly and accommodating when I called with a request. Charming place with great views on all sides - location is close to the National Monument and Loop Trails network which are world class for hiking and biking. Well equipped kitchen and cozy living areas. Definitely recommend staying here especially if the outdoors are your thing!

Great place, clean and quiet. The location is great if you like exploring the Monument and surrounding area and if you like mountain biking. I would stay here again.

Awesome place we love to stay there anytime we get a chance

Property better than expected.

If i could give this more stars, i would. Probably not even a mile from lunch loops, so we got to just get up, go for a bike ride and come back easily with our 2 year old. Hiking the monument was very close. House was very clean, great views. Will 100% stay here whenever we're in the area.

It’s a ok place, pretty basic, older small kitchen, doesn’t match up to the picture of trail out your back door, it’s windy canyon, a little high price for this time of year. Give it an 6.5 out of 10.

The house had no issues. Location is very scenic and relatively close to both in-town and out-of-town activities. Colorado National Monument is just down the road. Host was very responsive and nice.

Very clean, great location for mountain biking and close to downtown.

Check in process was not convenient; place was very clean but the outside grounds were poorly maintained and uninviting; heating system was noisy but adequate; main bedroom bed was very poor, good for one person but not two; price was high especially when we found out the next two days listedwereover $20 cheaper

Ideal location for riding the Lunch Loops trail system. It's just a short quarter mile ride down the road. The home is comfortable and everything was as listed. Thomas was a great host and responded very quickly to any questions we had.
