When we arrived, the property manager called asking if the house was clean because they had not heard from the cleaning people. Since we literally just walked through the door, I told her it looked like it had been. After settling in, we found wet folded towels on the bathroom counter, the sheets had not been changed as we found dirt and hair on both beds. The property manager was very apologetic and gave us the code to the owners closet where there were more sheets but unfortunately those were also dirty, so we ended up washing sheets our first night. The porch out front was filthy and we were not able to enjoy it. There were spider webs, leaves, and dirt all over the place. The fire pit and sitting area was also a mess. My son wanted to roast marshmallows but we were unable to do that because of the condition it was in. The property manager kept checking on us and apologizing and since she was not local, it was hard for her to do anything but to say the least, our trip was not what we were expecting. The windows upstairs have no curtains/blinds so every car turning in at night is seen as their headlights shine through the windows. The campground itself was great but we were not impressed with our stay.

The location was perfect for our weekend around the Toccoa River! At the ‘campground’ there is a pond and creek for fishing, which was a huge plus for us! If you are a light sleeper, beware that the downstairs mattress is veryyy squeaky. Also, we never quite figured out how to work the AC. If you go in the summer, be sure to figure that out as soon as you check in. It wasn’t a big deal for us as the weather was pleasant and we just opened the windows while sleeping. Great communication and exactly what you see in the listing is what you get. For the price point, it is worth visiting!

Right at the front of the entrance to the property. It is a wonderful little home with just enough space if you are planning to be busy, busy, which we always are when in the area. There were children in the area, everyone was courteous while driving in and out of the front gate. It felt like such a safe environment. The code lock to get in was simple and perfect for coming and going and getting in later in the evening on the Friday that we arrived. We stayed with 4 adults and a 3 year old. Contacting the host was simple to do and she was very courteous. I would recommend this stay for someone who doesn't need a lot of space as a tiny home is perfect! Will be using this location again in the future!

LOVED IT w/a capital LOVED it!! Natosha, the owner, was kind enough to let us check in early. This tiny house/RV community is SO pretty AND only 7 mi away from downtown Blueridge GA. We did not use the loft upstairs BUT gosh,it is SO cute! This tiny house comes with everything you could possibly need. Everything!! Even washer/dryer. This tiny house sits next to the entrance gate. NEVER a problem with noises. We enjoyed walking around checking the community. Lots of families just having fun! The only thing we did not find/or bring was a sponge to wash dishes OR dish towels. Minor issue. We will definitely come back again!!

This was a very cozy cabin and it looked exactly as it was online. When we arranged the listing didn't have the lot number. However, when i red reviews (very positive) that stared the same issue but noted where the cabin was..first one on the right after entering. The cabin had everything that you need. The couch amd the bed on first level was unforgettable but the bed in the loft was comfortable. Surprisingly the bathroom was bigger thN i thought it would be. Overall we had a fun time.

We loved this stay. It is exactly as stated. The property is right at the gate, which we never heard, but would have liked to see curtains upstairs facing the road so that when people leave, it doesn’t shine in. Sawmill outside neighborhood was sort of loud, but we loved the property and neighborhood!
