Beautiful house, in a lovely neighborhood

Beautiful well kept, extremely clean, nice spacious living room, dining area and patio with comfortable beds and all the amenities in a gorgeous safe neighborhood. We loved our stay and really loved the area including the Lions park just up the street. Only comment is stair access to downstairs rooms is a bit steep and we did not recommend our elderly parents to go downstairs.

This was our 3rd year staying at this home during February, and everything was great!

Amazing home! Very clean in a great part of town. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and left us detailed instructions with some great recommendations to enjoy in Cheyenne!!!

Everything was just as expected from check in to check out! Property was the just as described! Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it is fully stocked for anything you could ever need! There is plenty of room for everyone and very clean!

Everything about this house was wonderful. We loved the neighbourhood - very beautiful homes with lots of trees. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The owners have not missed one detail to making this home an ideal spot for an extended stay. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property. Very well appointed! So many interesting and neat facts about this house in the information binder that’s provided. Communication with the property owners was top-notch. They were very attentive and always quick to reply. We didn’t have any issues while we stayed there.

Great experience all the way around! The home was beautifully remodeled and exceptionally clean. The property owners really did think of absolutely everything. For me personally, all I really care about when I travel is a comfortable bed, a hot shower (with adequate water pressure), and a nice cup of java in the morning. Check! - check! - check! This home has it all with a ton of extra space for congregating. Most of it went unused because it was just my wife and me on this trip, but it would definitely sleep 8 comfortably. And the downstairs bathroom is huge. If not for the vintage wood floors, upstairs, you'd never know you were in a 90 year old house. My grandsons live in Cheyenne so we hope we can stay here every time we're back for a visit. I give it 10 stars out of 10.

This is a beautifully remodeled historic home in a historic neighborhood in Cheyenne! It is minutes from Cheyenne frontier days, grocery, restaurants etc. the neighborhood is pristine, quiet, relaxing. The home itself is in perfect condition, clean, spacious for a family and a few couples, well equipped, cozy, relaxing.. everything you want from a home away from home. Don’t pass it up!

This is our second stay. We come to Cheyenne for an annual event. We enjoy the peace and quiet of the home and neighborhood. The beds are comfortable, and the home is equipped with everything we need.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful Thanksgiving stay at this spacious house. The property provided ample room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. We spent our days talking, playing games, and watching movies together, creating memories that will last a lifetime. The location was fantastic, offering both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. Communication with the owners was excellent; they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was having to leave and return to our daily lives. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a perfect family getaway!

Situated in the historic Avenues section of Cheyenne, one of the best features is the local architecture. The home itself is a beautifully remodeled ranch, professionally decorated with plenty of room to relax. Amy was proactive in reaching out to us to ensure our stay was comfortable.
