Morden NEW Home in Heart of Lafayette

We came to town to celebrate the birth of a brand new granddaughter. We spent a lot of time at the house with this new baby. The things that kept us from giving 5 stars were lack of towels, a non-responsive host when we needed to check-in early, poor pillow quality, and no hot water (switch in closet was off).Location and other amenities were excellent.

Really great house in Lafayette and close to all areas. Lots of space for our family who stayed here and an overall cute house! My only feedback is regarding the cleanliness of the home. There were a lot of scuffs and marks/damage on the walls throughout the home which made it seem like it wasn’t as clean as it should have been.

The location of the house is great, and upon first glance the house is very nice. After further inspection, the cleanliness of the house was very poor. There was a dust an inch thick on the ceiling fan in the master bedroom, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, the kitchen counters had not been cleaned in a while, the baseboards in the guest bathroom were covered in dust, the tubs had to be cleaned before use, the lint trap in the dryer was full of lint, and there were ants in the bedrooms

This house would definitely be one i would book again. Everything was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The house was clean and well stocked. It has great amenities, comfortable beds and located in a relatively quiet neighborhood which made this place nice for our trip. We dedicated our first grandchild and formally introduced her to extended family. Our immediate family lives in the area, however, we wanted a central location that would be comfortably and accommodating for those traveling in for the celebration. The location was great, and central to almost everything, grocery stores, nice winery, restaurants, and Starbucks, lol! The hosts were reliable and responsive. The only reason I didn't rate it five stars consistently was because the lawn needed attention and items in kitchen cabinets and bathrooms were disorganized. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful home. Nice neighborhood and location

This was an excellent choice for three generations of adults and children. Easy access to restaurants and sight seeing excursions. Lots of room and sitting area for gathering. Will definitely stay here again!

Property location is within 15 min of downtown Lafayette. Easy drive to Cajun Field and UL campus. Property was clean and sufficiently furnished with everything needed. Host was very accommodating and provided excellent communication. Would consider staying here again.

Host’s home was great as we expected. Makes our second stay. Hopefully get to stay again in the future. Highly recommend!

My family really enjoyed our Christmas holiday stay at this home- it was lovely and met all of our needs 100%. Would recommend to anyone looking for a four bedroom rental.

We had a great time at this quiet and qaint location! Its right in the heart of Lafayette but without the danger! Clean and pristine! Stocked with cooking equipment and utensils as well as everything you would need on a vacation!

First, I would like to say the home is beautiful and clean and modern. We loved the living room area and kitchen. The host was great in explaining how to enter the home. The only reason we gave it 4stars is because the beds were extremely uncomfortable. All the beds were very firm. And we should have brought our own pillows, we had to use the pillows on the sofa to get fairly comfortable.
