BEAR HOLLOW

Bear Hollow sits between the Canyons Village base and the Utah Olympic Park on the north side of Park City, where the ski jumps are two miles up the road and most of the year you can watch aerialists training into the splash pool. Every home looks out at something - pines, the jumps, or the Swaner Preserve at the edge of the neighborhood. In December the welcome sign lights up and the drive in turns into a winter wonderland.

YOUR OWN HOT TUB

This home has its own hot tub, yours alone, on top of the one at the clubhouse. Step out, get in, and go straight back inside afterward without putting real clothes back on.

HOW FAR
- Kimball Junction - 1.1 miles
- Park City Mountain, Canyons Village base - 1.7 miles
- Utah Olympic Park - 2.1 miles
- Park City Mountain, Village base - 5.0 miles
- Historic Main Street - 5.9 miles
- Deer Valley - 6.8 miles
- Salt Lake City airport - 32 miles, 35 minutes

GETTING AROUND AND PARKING

The free Park City bus stops at the edge of the neighborhood and runs to Park City Mountain, Deer Valley and Woodward. The paved Millennium Trail runs through Bear Hollow - one way to the shops and restaurants at Kimball Junction, under the roads rather than across them, the other way to the Cabriolet lift. You do not need a car once you arrive, unless you want one. The home has its own garage, with first-come bump-out spaces for extra cars.

THE CLUBHOUSE
- Pool, Memorial Day to Labor Day
- Hot tub, year round
- Gym and work stations
- Kitchenette, TV and hangout area
- BBQ and firepit
- Basketball court and putting green
- Open field, big enough for a pickup game
- Park and walking trails

YES, BRING THE DOG

This is a town with a dog festival called Bark City, an off-leash park called Run-A-Muk, and a restaurant called Blind Dog. You get the idea. Run-A-Muk is right next door, and the home comes with a dog setup, so there is less to pack. Two dogs maximum. Pet fees and pet cleaning are listed with the other fees for this home.

PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED

Keyless entry, no keys to pick up. Cleaned and stocked before you arrive - shampoo, body wash and lotion, a first round of paper goods, trash bags, and dishwasher and laundry pods, enough to settle in without a store run. Guest Portal and Digital Guest Book for home details, local tips and Wi-Fi.

COFFEE AND A BOOK

Coffee for the first morning. The book is ours - a rhyming trip through a Park City year with a moose named Patrick on the cover. It goes home with you.

SAFETY

Every home is licensed and inspected by the county before it can be rented, then inspected again between stays by our Breezeway Safety Certified maintenance techs. First aid kit, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher in each one.

We had a very positive stay. Only concerns would be the Master Bathtub not working and upstairs shower.Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent home! It was extremely clean & well maintained. Short distance to Main St for dining & shopping. It is also very close to Park City Ski Resort as well as Deer Valley Ski Resort. All of the beds are extremely comfortable & the hottub was great with a nice view. I definitely recommend this home.

This place was perfection. The location was great, we could walk just about everywhere we wanted. Close to restaurants, groceries, shopping, the Olympic ski jump area, and a huge dog park area. We only got in our car to go to SLC to meet a friend and see the changing autumn colors in the canyon. Close to all we wanted. Our rental was well appointed in the kitchen, had comfortable and appealing furnishings. My husband had to work one day and loved the computer room with a long desk, extra screen, and plenty of cables. Even a Pac-Man game!!We loved everything about it— would definitely return!

The only shortcoming is the gas fireplace emitted pretty nasty fumes - this was not useable

The cabin was perfect for us. Its decorated like someone's home and very cozy and comfy. The management company was extremely helpful with any issues we had. The fireplace was not working and someone came immediately to fix it. We had trouble once with the door lock but a quick phone call resolved the issue. The hot tub was enjoyed by all of us and the location of the house was perfect. We would definitely stay there again.
