Stayed Dec 24, 2025A wonderful house to stay in when in Orford. The undercover outdoor area is complete with a bbq and pizza oven and kitchen was fully decked out (coffee machine a bonus!). We loved our stay, very family friendly.

Stayed Oct 24, 2025It is Close to shops, cafes, beaches, fishing and more.We really enjoyed our short stay, it was very relaxing and a beautiful place to make new memories with our family. The property catered for all ages with entertainment, the beds were very comfortable and it was super clean. We enjoyed cooking our own pizzas in the pizza oven and enjoy some time around the fire pot afterwards, we will definitely be back

Stayed Jan 3, 2025Moorings Escape was perfect for us! Perfect location and perfect set up, everything you could think of has been included in this holiday home. The cute little rabbit residents and bird life was an added enjoyment. Due to additional family joining us on our Tassie Trip, standard accommodation wasn't going to fit everyone and meant we'd be split up. If you're looking for family accommodation that includes everything you need in a home away from home within easy reach of Maria Island and East Coast beaches, Moorings Escape is that place!
