Moonridge Sky Lodge w/ Game Room & Jacuzzi

We had an amazing stay at this home! Everything was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was quiet but still close to everything we needed. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and kind throughout our stay. We truly felt at home and would happily book this place again. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as pictured, clean and with lots of room for our group of 10. We loved that big couch and long table. Lexis & Zach were quick to reply when I had questions and allowed us a late check out.

This cabin was decent but I don’t think I’d stay here again. The entry way steps were super scary and dangerous for elders or people that can’t see like me so be careful. The digital lock was confusing and took me almost 10 mins to unlock. ( I have a digital lock at home and this was a little more complicated) the ceiling fan in living room didn’t work and we had to stay downstairs in the basement to stay cool because there isn’t any AC. The slider was also broken to go out onto the patio. The place was clean but older. There were plenty of towels. The stovetop is tricky and I wish there was more info about all the questions I had in the welcome book because I had to reach out a few times for concerns. The spa was dirty but they did come the same day to clean it. The management company was very responsive and great. The place is decorated cute and there was plenty of space and extra beds.

We loved getting snowed in at this beautiful place during a freak early April snow storm... the living area was large and had enough space for the whole clan to eat, play and have fun. We also used a lot of the pool table downstairs. The unobstructed snowy view from the wraparound deck was wonderful. We appreciated the fact that it had great views yet was fairly central, and a very short distance to the ski resort. I couldn't be happier that i picked this place for our snowy vacation.

Check-in and check-out: digital. Struggles: a few. Host: don't worry about it we'll take care of it. Arrival: The place is clean and looked nicer than it did in the pictures which say a lot, since the pictures looked really nice. This is consistent throughout the whole house, clean and nice. The backyard: You're in a neighborhood but there's enough trees and overall quiet that helps you feel like you're tucked away. My brother: within minutes he's in a chair, in the backyard, reading his book. TV: Huge, worked (and was easy and accessible). Couch: massive, let’s all watch a scary movie that night as the moon shines into the living room. BBQ: worked, clean. Coffee maker: worked. Lights: labeled. Instructions for everything: visible and simple. Why is the freezer warm? Check the binder, it's all there, give it some time. Next day, freezing. Jacuzzi: clean, press two buttons and you're good to go. Internet: here's your code, solid, worked the entire time. Location: Subjective because everything is so close in Big Bear, but being off Moonridge is nice since it’s pretty central. Overall: No complaints, we all loved the place and would happily return.

We had plenty of space and things to do for our 3 generations of all ages from 5 to 76! Easy drive to the Alpine Zoo and lots of other activities. The large family dining table was a real plus and the teenagers loved their space downstairs in the bunk room.
