Moon Tide— Beautiful beach cottage w/4 bikes, bocce ball court, & pool

Front porch furniture was dirty but otherwise property was fabulous!

The home was very nice and on a quiet street. All the amenities you could need at this home plus some. Would recommend to anyone traveling to the 30A area. The large pool was a great getaway from the beach too!

The pool was the best part! Clean, beautiful and relaxing. The house is so cute, such a fun place to be with family. Location was great!

The house was great, perfect size for our family of 4, the pool was amazing and very large. The house was a short walking distance to the beach on a very quiet road in a great little neighborhood. Our only complaint was at checkout, the cleaning folks showed up 1.5 hours before our checkout time and waited on the front porch until we left. We did not appreciate strangers just sitting in the porch while we were there. They also asked to come in and use the restrooms due to a stomachache. The rental company was quick to respond to questions.

The house is great, the full size pool is beautiful, such a short walk to the beach and a fun fire pit. Its great for kids too because the yard is fenced in, so easy to let them outside to play. We will hopefully stay here a third time!

We were both impressed by the quality of the interior design, appliances and furnishings. The screened in pool made dining and lounging more comfortable & the location was very convenient for biking to Rosemary or Alys beach and a short drive to seaside which were our main attractions. We would love to stay here again and would recommend to a friend!

We opted for the pool heat in the last week of March and it was money well spent, allowing us to utilize it even on 55 degree mornings.
