Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Spacious, nicely decorated, and stocked with necessities.

Nice and clean. Not really 4 bedrooms. The loft trumble bed seemed to be called 4th bedroom.

Great place clean quiet great location. Only problem emailed twice about a question during stay but got no response.Lucky got the situation fixed without response. Would been nice to get a response on questions. Other than that it was great.

Excellent place to stay! Great location

Retreat was modern with excellent appliances.Liked location with nearby stores, gym, walking/running pathway, offroad bike trail and aquatic center.Only drawback of our stay was the cleaners had not finished and were gone on our arrival. We washed our own master bedroom bedding and towels for our first night. We do recommend this place to all.

Went to St. George for a softball tournament and for my daughter’s anniversary. Beautiful city and an excellent property to stay at very clean and enjoyable. My dog was very comfortable and there was lots to do. Heather was very easy to work with.

Arrived to a rental that showed NO sign of readiness for our arrival. All beds were a mess as were all the other rooms. When I called with concern and to inquire about a reimbursement, the host did not seem remorseful at all which seemed odd since the reviews were so high. Her only excuse was there was a last minute booking and the housekeepers were not notified. Not even an apology or signs of remorse. Absolutely unacceptable! Of course we had to find a hotel for overnight and book another VRBO for our remaining trip. Extremely inconvenient re: storing groceries, searching for an alternative for two families, unable to enjoy an uninterrupted stay, etc.

Super clean and full of amenities, hot tub, pool table and more. One of the cleanest Vrbos I’ve rented.

This is a nice home with great amenities. My family enjoyed the hot tub, foosball table, pool table and space to relax and spend time together

Excellent communication with host. Well equipped, comfortable home with good amenities. If road noise is a big issue for you, just be aware that you will hear traffic noise from the bedrooms. The neighborhood itself is quiet and the living room/kitchen space is very quiet also. It’s a good location for exploring the area, convenient to services and restaurants. The host provides very helpful information about hiking and restaurants nearby.

Wonderful place! It looked brand new and was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. Loved the water bottles waiting for us in the fridge already cold.

My wife, daughter and 3 daughter and 3 daughters in law stayed there one night.

We loved that it was a quick walk to the incredible bike park. The home was immaculate and charming. The neighborhood was quiet. Fantastic response time from the host with a question.

We had a very nice stay. Very clean and pleasant. It had everything that we needed. It was very hot while we were there and the air conditioner worked great!It was very quiet, noise did not carry from the neighbors. It is right by a busy street but the noise from the traffic did not seem to bother us. The beds were very comfortable. We like to travel with our dog so it was nice to have such a comfortable place that allowed dogs.

This townhouse was perfect for our needs.Great location for hiking & golfing. A great way to celebrate our 55 yr wedding anniversary!Spa, swimming pool & pickle ball court were nice amenities. This is definitely on our return list!

We were blown away how clean this place was from the minute we walked in the front door. It smelled clean all the surfaces were clean, the grill and the oven were perfectly clean, and the hot tub was clean.It was in a great location in Santa Clara that had a view of the sunset. It was close to grocery stores and gas stations. Couldn’t ask for anything else.

Lovely place to stay and enjoy time in Southern Utah with grandparents. Plenty of space for 3 generations to be together. Very relaxing, enjoyable home base while hiking and exploring the area. Thank you! Will come again.

It was a great getaway for January to get a little warmer, my kids came to visit a weekend and loved the game room and hot tub, it was very clean and perfectly decorated and supplied with everything I needed. The street was pretty noisy but tolerable. Heather was great to communicate with.

Beautiful home, everything was just perfect! We celebrated Christmas here and it turned out wonderful! Best rental we have ever stayed in! We will definitely be coming back!

This is easily the best VRBO property we've stayed in. The furnishings were nice and the pictures on the website accurately portrayed the unit. The price was reasonable. Heather responded to questions quickly. We rented the unit over Thanksgiving for family and had plenty of room to celebrate. The kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub on the patio and pool table and foosball table in the garage were welcome amenities.

Heather the host was great! Very quick to respond when we had questions. We were visiting St. George to spend time with family. This location was awesome. It’s very modern and clean and close to shopping and an excellent gym. We will stay again!

Moon Sage was the perfect place to stay for a quick overnight golf trip. It was super clean and very nice. The hot tub and pool table made for a relaxing evening. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip down.

For our family of 5, this place was perfect. It was centrally located for everything we wanted to do while in the area. We biked a lot, and trails were nearby. Good food was close and plentiful. And the views around were beautiful. We loved using the grill and just relaxing in the chairs out back. And having a hot tub was perfect for those chilly nights. The place itself was beautiful, well kept, and had nice little touches throughout. We plan on visiting again next year and would love to stay here again!

Overall, the stay was great. The only complaint is the property is by a busy street.

The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed. We in St. George to visit family and the location was right down the road from everyone.
