Moody Maine Immaculate Summer Rental

We enjoyed our time at Fred and Allison’s house in Moody. It’s an easy walk to the beach in a pleasant neighborhood. The house is spacious and was perfect for our 20 something children. We enjoyed cooking and sharing meals with extended family. We would stay again!

Great house for entertaining and families to spread out. Super close to the beach - less than a 5 minute walk to Moody Beach. Lots nearby as well like restaurants and other Wells and Ogunquit attractions.

Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Plenty of room for 3 kids and 4 adults to spread out.

Fred and Allison were very responsive and answered any and all questions we had. House was clean and in a cute neighborhood. Had friends staying on the beach a block away so we were able to access the beach from their property however the public access was also extremely close to the house. We had great weather but it was warm to sleep a few nights even with the fans that were provided. Overall a great property and great location. Moody beach is magical!

A very pleasurable stay in the clean, modern home that allowed us to enjoy the beach on a daily basis as well as the short trips to Ogunquit. Thanks again to Fred and Allison for a great family vacation!

My husband, parents and four boys were looking for a clean, spacious house close to the beach, and this house delivered! We were lucky to get a pretty cool week, but the few hot nights we had were manageable thanks to the big fans provided by the owners in every bedroom! It's an easy walk around the block to the nearest Public Way to the beach. Check in and communication with owners was a breeze. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely home walking distance to beach. Comfortable clean and family friendly.

We had a great vacation stay at this house in Wells. It was a quick walk to Moody Beach. There was plenty of space for sleeping, eating and relaxing. The place was spotless when we arrived. It was a bit of a hassle to bring our own linens but probably wise given the pandemic. We had to bring our own TP, paper towels, and garbage bags which we ended up having to go out and get. Luckily everything is very close by. I would advise bringing extra fans. It did get a little warm and we needed them in all the bedrooms. Overall, it was great. We would definitely stay there again.
