Moody Maine Beautiful 3 Bedroom Home Walk to Beach Restaurants & Trolley Line

Love the place perfect size for my party. Beach was close by and if the trollys are running you can get down town Ogunquit and not have to deal with driving trafic

The location and home were perfect and as described in the listing. Shawn was very attentive and kind. Such an easy access to Kennebunkport, Wells, and Ogunquit. Excellent property for the value as well.

super cute house in lovely quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches, shopping, restaurants. We were 3 friends visiting area for 2 nights. Rooms were comfortable; kitchen was well stocked, living area was bright and comfortable. We did not spend much time in home and did not use TVs or outdoor amenities, but all seemed well maintained- front deck, grill, outdoor shower, back seating area. Access was easy and communication with owner was immediate. Tips: 1. bring beach towels; 2. beware of strict parking and bring smart phone. Unlike other New England states, Maine municipalities enforce parking fees even if there is no attendant or services (life guard, restroom access, etc). We did not notice the post requiring QR code to pay at North Beach and came back to a 79 fine. Ouch. But, the beach is beautiful!!!

The house was amacculate! We had a fantastic time! We walked to the beach, we found lots of treasures while exploring! There are tons of shopping to do in the area. It was a relaxing time with family while visiting Maine, we will definitely be back!

Open living area leading into the kitchen. The house had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Easy access to the beach down the road and close to several other nature areas we were able to explore. Shawn texted us after arrival to make sure we had everything we needed and stopped by prior to our departure to make sure we enjoyed our time.

The pictures online didn’t do the house justice, it is the cutest little house! It is perfect for a family getaway. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were very clean! The house felt modern with Maine touches and it was truly perfect. The hosts are the nicest people and so accommodating, we can’t wait to go back!

Place was great, met our expectations, plenty of room. The walk to the beach was cool and only about 10 mins. The owner (Shawn) did come by to introduce himself and asked if everything was good. The place was clean and ready for us. If we come back to Maine I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay as a family of 6. We had four adults two children (6 and 3). This is just as advertisted with an amazing neighborhood. You are close to almost everything. We really enjoyed our beach vacation in this house. Thank you Shawn and Jen!

Of all the places i have stsyed this year, this was the cleanest! It is spacious and super cozy but you also are not far from everyone else. There's lots of coffee options for every way you like it. You can walk to the beach from the home.Owners were even gracious to have my daughter use their batting cage in their main home. Great stay and will always first look to see if this is open before we book our annual Wells vacation!

Shawn was an amazing host - very responsive and friendly. This house was perfect for our annual beach vacation to Wells and comfortably fit 3 adult couples and 1 infant. The home has a great layout with an open concept between the kitchen and living room for everyone to hangout. Great location to the Ogunquit center, Moody beach, and a day trip to kennebunkport. Quiet neighborhood that is also perfect for walking around. Highly recommend staying here!

This was a perfect place for Girls weekend. Not always easy traveling for the 3 of us to get a bedroom for each. This place was perfect! Great set up and great location! Central homebase to so many places!!

The house was perfect for three college friends who met in the eighties to catch up. It is comfortably set up with three bedrooms with comfortable beds, clean, and in a great neighborhood.

The home was open and airy with plenty of space for our group of six. The area was nice with plenty of restaurants, antique shops and thrift stores. Be sure and check out the beaches! Recommend the Maine Diner and Rick’s for a great breakfast and Claw and Bull for dinner!!

Everything was perfect for 5 runners in the Maine Coast Half Marathon. Very close to shuttle and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Nice size, only drawback was the table was a hightop and made it difficult to sew at.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised, clean and owner allowed us to check in a little early. It was nice to have bedrooms and bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs for our group. Easy walk or drive to beach and area amenities. Good off street parking. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need.
