Stayed Feb 29, 2020We came to Phoenix to visit our daughter and see a few spring training games. We always travel with our German Shepard and this place was perfect for him the yard was fenced in . Kathy was very responsive to any of our needs and left a nice basket of snacks for when we arrived. It was very clean and we would stay again .

Stayed Mar 21, 2019It was so nice to come home to a comfortable home at the end of the day. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with supplies. The beds and linens were comfortable. The backyard was perfect for our dog to run around. We would happily return to this property.

Stayed Feb 15, 2019It’s an older home, in neighborhood that is quiet. Centrally located in downtown area. Owner has made an effort to decorate space nicely. There are spices, pots and pans for cooking. Fully functioning kitchen with coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher. . Washer and dryer on-site. No services nearby-grocery stores, coffee stores etc. Plan ahead and stop before you arrive at house. Owner needs to update mattresses and bedding.
