The home

Built in 1918 and fully remodeled, the lodge keeps its original stonework, red front door, and wood floors. The staircase was salvaged from Bentonville's historic Episcopal church (now The Preacher's Son).



Sleeping arrangements

· Bedroom 3: queen bed, plus a bunk bed (twin on top, a smaller mattress below that suits a small child)

Kitchen and dining

Fully equipped kitchen with a farmhouse sink, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and cookware, plus a dining table for the whole group.

Main living room with a smart TV, board games, and big windows that fill the room with natural light. The downstairs living room has the sofa bed and a desk.



Outdoor living

Large back deck with lake and sunset views, the hot tub, a gas grill, and outdoor seating, plus a fire pit in the backyard.

Cameras

Exterior cameras cover the front and back of the property for guest safety. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.



Guest Access:

Guests will access the home via a smart lock on the front door. Your personal smart lock code and the property's address will be given on the day of the reservation at the time of check-in. Guests have full access to the house and yard, except for an owner's closet inside the house and the sheds in the backyard.

Set in the historic Monte Ne area on Beaver Lake, the home is a short drive from downtown Rogers and Bentonville—home to Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, The Momentary, and a celebrated Northwest Arkansas dining scene. You'll also be close to Hobbs State Park and scenic Ozark trails for hiking and biking.

Good to know before you book



· Bringing a boat The Highway 12 boat ramp and beach is about 20 minutes away and is the easiest place to launch, with parking.

· Life jackets aren't provided, so please bring your own.

· Check-in after 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.

· Same-day bookings are welcome, with check-in from 4:00 PM.

· Pets: $75 fee per dog per stay. Up to two house broken dogs only. No cats.
