Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our time at Monarch was wonderful, felt just like home, wanted for nothing. Highly recommended. We have visited this Peninsula for over 35 years and this year was the best!?

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We recently stayed at the Monarch triplex for two months . The property could be made more comfortable by adding chairs for tv viewing in the living area, a couch is too uncomfortable. Recommend adding a portable heater for the bathroom, very cold in the morning, also additional lighting for makeup preparation. As this is a triplex the laundry area is shared suggest no laundry after 9pm, as the laundry is adjacent to the the bedroom walls. Kitchen well equipped, location very good. Need to add some emergency provisions when there is an electric outage.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My husband and I stayed at the Monarch Suite for about six weeks while transitioning between homes. The unit is lovely with beautiful views of the bay from the dining and kitchen areas. We enjoyed the updated kitchen and bathroom and single level living made it very easy to get around. The living room was very cozy with a big screen TV and remote controlled fireplace. The Monarch is in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Pacific Grove, golf course and ocean. We needed to make several changes to our reservation and Monterey Bay Property Rentals and the Monarch owner were very accommodating. This was a perfect rental for the two of us!
