Stayed Jul 10, 2025Spacious house, nice yard, plenty of parking in large driveway. Close to beach and boat marina. Lots of cooking and eating utensils. Central air conditioner worked fine. Clean. We enjoyed the stay.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Home was very clean and the neighbor hood was very quiet and well kept. my only concern was it was on a busy road and we were on bikes with 4 children especial on Friday with all of the Trash cans blocking the path. I have been coming to Chincoteague since I was a kid, my 3 children spend their summers here and now we bring their children here and enjoy the beach and the island.

Stayed Jul 22, 2024This was a good location close to the pony swim and carnival. The home was very musty smelling. Only cooled by window air conditioning. Did not receive the check in instructions or notification that I would need to bring bed linens and towels even though I had messaged them 48 hours before checking in. This was my biggest issue.
