Modernist Home, Private Pool open year round, 2 Blocks to Beach

Our stay here for spring break was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Everything about this home exceeded our expectations. The pool was incredible and quickly became our favorite place to relax and make memories as a family. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do, such a quick walk to the beach, yet still felt peaceful and private.The decor and design of the home were simply stunning. Every space felt thoughtfully curated, beautiful, and so welcoming. It truly felt like a little slice of heaven on earth. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and at home.This was one of those places that makes your trip unforgettable, and we are already hoping to come back in the future. We can’t recommend it enough!

We were so lucky to stay here during our Tybee vacation. If this place is available, you should book it! Julianne is an amazing host. So responsive, so caring, and so generous.The house has everything you need in it and more than you would expect from a typical host. The beach cart, beach chairs, bicycles, umbrella are so wonderful to have to be able to enjoy the island.Very clean, great location, and the heated pool was amazing.

I’m absolutely in love with the house and the neighborhood is nice. It’s quiet. It’s relaxing yet. It’s close enough to everything that you can walk to the beach, to get something good to eat, will definitely be back next year.

Th house was better than described. Had everything we needed in a great location. Hosts were amazing and made sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed.

The house was great. Pool was nice. We had it heated. Glad we did. Great location. We bicycled everywhere. Grocery store around the corner was very convenient. We had the chance to see the chinook lift the buoy. We hope to return soon.

Great property, it exceeded our expectations. Pool was large and very fun for this kids. Short walk to the beach. House was spacious and had everything we needed for a very comfortable and memorable stay.

Me, my husband, and stepson stayed here for a week. The house was so interesting and super clean. It was our first family vacation and our first time to Tybee. The house was close to everything, though we mostly just relaxed. The house owners were also very good at communicating with us and super friendly. None of us wanted to come home.

The house was perfect for our stay! It was just the right size for our family - 3 teens, my hubby & I. Communication with the host was quick & easy. Location was excellent! Short distance from anything we needed. Pool was amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at this Tybee Island home! The place was clean, cozy, and just a short walk to the beach. We especially loved hanging out in the backyard by the pool perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The location couldn’t be better close to restaurants, shops, and just a quick drive to Savannah for a day trip. Julianne was incredibly responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and a stress-free stay. We'd definitely stay here again!

House is in a great location. It is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and the grocery store. We also enjoyed the pool a couple days. We really enjoyed our time there would definitely stay there again.

Overall was good but need a few amenities like kitchen towels, spare toilet paper in bathrooms, spare roll of paper towels in kitchen. At least one pkg of coffee to get yourself going in the morning till you can get to the store to get the essentials. In the laundry room needs a couple things of laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The ad said was queen bed in the master and it is a full size bed. One thing was saying we bring our dogs here but you can't bring your pets really and no smoking outside that's where you are too smoke, I get not inside but can't smoke outside. Location is awesome, in the middle of everything. Neighbors are friendly. Overall was very nice though.

Had the best time definitely going to book it again next year, very clean, nice quiet neighborhood, there is a grocery store right next-door almost, neighbors are awesome and it’s nice and it’s quiet, thank you so much. I enjoyed myself totally

Julianne has been one of the best hosts I have encountered in my 20 years of VRBO vacations. She went out of her way to adjust check in and out times to accomodate our flight schedule! The house was perfect with everything we needed for our week in Tybee/Sananbah.

Everyone so nice, slower pace which we liked, loved bikes, walks, short distances to beach and stores, restaurants, very memorable trip. Loved pool!

First time at tybee. Honeymoon trip. Its a beautiful home. Good location. Friendly neighbors. We will definitely consider staying here for future trips. It was only two of us this time but would be great for us and our 3 boys

We had a fabulous trip in this home-we love Tybee and come every year and decided to try out a new home with a pool and it was so worth it with littles. Our kiddos can’t stand the humidity at the beach for too long so it was nice to have pool days and our oldest two could even stand in the pool. The beds were soft and our kids loved the bunk beds and having their own room! Perfect floors for kiddos as well. We had an amazing time and the host when accommodated a later check out time which was super nice. We listened to records and had the best time.

This house was perfect! Our family of five loved it!!! The rooms/beds were great, especially the master bed, my husband said it was one of the best night sleeps ever. The bunk room was absolutely perfect for my three children. The pool, the pool was the star of the show! We expected to get to the beach everyday, but the waters were rough and we had four consecutive days of double red flags (not swimmable), and boy, the pool saved our vacation! The water was refreshing, actually cooler than our pool up north, but it felt perfect for the GA heat! And we had a lot of fun! The location was centrally located, since it’s a small island, it was good for us. The host was beyond amazing! We had one slight hiccup upon arrival, but she walked us through it and was beyond communicative! She goes above and beyond with providing items at the house for her guests! stars for this house and host!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
