Modern Zion Home The Ross

This home was beautifully renovated with plenty of space for our family. We enjoyed staying here while we visited Zion National Park and Sand Hollow State Park. The house was clean and we had everything we needed. We definitely recommend this to anyone staying in the area.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Loved the 3 full bathrooms, kitchen space and outdoor patio. Excellent location with 25 minutes to Zion Park entrance and 5 minutes to new Zion Canyon Hot Springs. Great property!

Beautiful backyard & interiors; plenty of bathrooms; entry area could use hooks, a hall tree etc. Bedroom nightstands need useable lamps and large bedroom needs nightstand/lamps for reading, glass of water, meds etc. for older guests.

The home is beautiful and centrally located near Zion and 2 hrs from Bryce. Shower water was good flow , hot and the large windows allowed fresh air at night. Having local groceries made meals convenient. Would love to have had less neighbors noises but not enough to disrupt my sleep. Best feature is the outdoor patio, manicured grass, and the pomegranate tree were the most exciting . There is even grape vines. As nature lovers we enjoyed our stay.

This was an outstanding property with very well stocked kitchen and every household item you would ever need for a long stay. Lovely yard and patio. Super clean and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend. It had a great large kids bedroom with TV and 2 trundle beds.

We loved the house!

Beautiful place with gorgeous decor. Plenty of room, large kitchen, nice size bathrooms. The back patio and yard were also very nice to sit out on. Lots of room for our party of 5. Kitchen had all the amenities you could need. Only issue we had was the AC going out on us in the middle of the night one our first night. Owner was very fast at responses and trying to help with any questions on issues. It was very convenient for our drive back-and-forth to Zion national Park. The local grocery store they had everything we needed for our stay as well. Would definitely recommend!

Five of us stayed here during our visit to Zion. The property is about 30 minutes to the entrance. There was plenty of space in the large living area and outside on the gorgeous patio. We had everything we needed to prepare meals. The decor was so pretty inside and out. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the layout of the house. It was a perfect layout for our family of 6. Close to Zion and local restaurants. The backyard was so peaceful and needed after a long day of hiking.

Beautiful house, thoughtfully stocked with things such as walking sticks, coolers, and yoga mats. Helpful host. We greatly enjoyed our stay and especially the back deck.

The place has a very zin vibe. Patio/back yard is completely private! Plenty of room inside for us six sisters! Nice and clean. All essentials needed and more.

We highly recommend the Ross. Everything was wonderful at this property and the throw pillows were insanely comfy.

I can say only good things about this place. Very spacious house, well equipped, with the perfect taste of style. Beds are very comfortable, and the surroundings are quiet. It is just half an hour drive to Zion Canyon, as well as to Red Cliff's and Kolob Canyon. We would like to thank Jeremy for his very useful tips about places to go to avoid crowds

Extremely clean place and location

The home is lovely, clean and spacious. We enjoyed bird watching in the pleasant back yard, cooking together and playing games after hiking. The owner provided terrific suggestions for exploring the area. I would definitely stay here for a future trip to Utah!

This stunning home had gorgeous large rooms, a spectacular outdoor private sitting area, and the host was so accommodating. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit. Fabulous food nearby, and conveniently close to Zion national Park. 5 star

We loved the house! The listing was very accurate and Jeremy provided a lot of additional and helpful information. Everyone had their own bedroom and it was lovely to sit on the patio and relax after a long day in Zion.

We spent 5 nights at The Ross for a ladies' getaway, hiking at Zion and Bryce. The Ross provided us with a great location for park access, and La Verkin had everything we needed for groceries and a few local restaurants. The Ross is spacious, with lots of space for eating, and relaxing both inside and outside. We all agreed that the beds were fabulous - slept great! Jeremy was the most accommodating host ever! He was quick to respond to any questions or needs that we had, and also provided us with wonderful guidance on things to do in the area, including our last hike of the trip, which was one of our favorites.

Perfect place to stay to explore Zion and surrounding areas. Clean house and is setup so well.

The Ross was the perfect location for a trip to Zion & surrounding area. The house was spacious & perfect for a big group. It was very clean. The only down was a rooster in the neighborhood & the dogs next door were loud a few times. I would definitely recommend it, & if we're ever back in the area we will check out it's availability. A plus was the couple awesome restaurants & cafes with walking distance.

Very clean and beautiful property. All standard amenities were provided, with some bonuses. Closely located to Zion National Park. Nearby communities were great for gathering supplies and getting something to eat. Check in and check out were a breeze, and the host was very communicative.

My husband and I stayed for a week while traveling for his work. I work remotely and enjoyed plenty of beautiful space during the day. Lots of light, comfortable furniture, very well decorated. Location is great within La Verkin itself. We found it very walkable to River Rock, Stagecoach, even to the grocery store (for a light load :)). Super close to Zion and about 30 minutes from all of the other towns we wanted to explore. We only met the host, Jeremy, on our way out, but he was very friendly and helpful! Would love to stay again!

The property manager is absolutely fantastic. He was always available, from helping us with any issues to providing advice on restaurants, shopping, areas to explore from a nice trail 5 minutes away to any and all parks and places to visit. The house is cozy, clean and has all you need. After a long day of being in nature, doing long walks, it is important that we can relax, eat, talk and watch TV together. This home provides that in a calming atmosphere. Enough rooms and a nice garden to be by yourself as well. Its location is perfect. Enough shops and restaurants nearby while only a 25-minute drive to Zion (south and west entrances) and many other parks and things in other locations to see.We had a great visit and will certainly reserve this home again when we come back.

This was a home away from home. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The house was well set up for our family , very clean and fresh we were able to cook and enjoy ourselves. The backyard was a great setup we didn’t use it as much but did enjoy a hot chocolate on the comfy relaxing swings. We appreciate having movie access to enjoy a movie night in. Also the location is perfect access to Zion away from tourists(us) as well as in town access. Communication with our host was easy and very available.My son was able to go on a small hike walking distance from the house. would definitely recommend

place was better than expected!!!! Clean with all the amenities. Beds were a little hard. It was such a lovely place, was a little disappointed in the location, however we still had a fabulous time and it accommodated 8 of us very comfortably. I would put curtains up.

We were looking for a place to stay for our 4 day trip to Zion National Park that still allowed us access to some of our basic needs like coffe shops, grocery store, gas station etc. This location was the perfect for us.

This home is absolutely beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our short visit. We were in town for a softball tournament and the home was close to everything we needed. The owner was extremely responsive to messages and gave us perfect recommendations for local restaurants and coffee shops. The home is large with a great layout and is extremely clean! Great location for our planned activities. Property missing some basic amenities such as dish soap, could have used an additional nightstand in the master bedroom and tv accessibility was not as expected.

We can’t say enough good things about this property! The house has a great open layout perfect for entertaining or hanging out with a larger group. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. It is obvious that the owners did a a nice job of renovating and updating this home. The house was spotless on our arrival and the decor is well done in each room. The backyard area is perfect for enjoying the pretty mornings with coffee or enjoying the evening when the sun goes down. We will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The house was incredibly clean with modern, cute decor, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. It was HUGE for the two of us and could easily and comfortably fit ~8-10 people. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking essentials, including spices, which made cooking so convenient. The host was super helpful, providing great suggestions for places nearby to explore. The backyard was a highlight—spacious and beautifully maintained with relaxing swings on the porch that we loved. Parking was a breeze, and the location was perfect: just 35 minutes from the Zion entrance (one road takes you there!) and very close to the Red Cliffs National Conservation Area, which we enjoyed visiting on our first day. Plus, it’s an easy 2-hour drive from Vegas. The only thing that could make it even better would be a hot tub in the backyard, but honestly, we had such a great time without it. We would absolutely stay here again!

We so enjoyed our time in La Verkin. This was a great central location to Zion as well as Kolob Canyon. We had plenty of space and really enjoyed the backyard. The house was stocked with games which were so much fun as well. Highly Recommend =)

Awesome house large enough to accommodate our 3 generations of family. “Spot on” location for access to Zion while still having every day conveniences.

It is way better than its pictures. The host(Jeremy) is friendly and super patient. he answered all my questions and concerns right away with details. We enjoyed our stay, we were 4 couples (8 in total). Definitely would recommend this place .

The house was great! We'd totally stay there again. Here's what we found: Kitchen: We didn't try to cook, but there was plenty of counter space. Plan to run the dish washer after every meal since there's only that many utensils. We were only given one dishwasher tab that I could find. Master suite: King bed, full bath. The bath has a weird tub/shower that works fine, but there's no door/curtain. Looks fancy, does the job, wouldn't choose for my house. BR 2 & 3: Queen beds. Good, no troubles. BR 4: Four twins in day bed/trundles. Good for kids. Not so good for adults. Bath 2 & 3: Large showers and good counter space, though one is larger than the other. No complaints. Washer/dryer worked great. Two water heaters. Two showers at once were no problem. Patio: Nice sized, great for outdoor meals and relaxing. The pictures show a grill, but we didn't use it. Parking: 3 cars fit parallel next to the house, no problem. More could fit on the street. Neighborhood: Very quiet once the neighbor took their dog in. Location: 30 minutes to Zion, 30 minutes to St George. Good restaurants close (Pizza Wagon, Main St Cafe, Peruvian Flavors, Red Fort). These aren't necessarily complaints, just what we found and you may want to know so you can plan. I'd like to be more positive, but VRBO limits characters in reviews. 5/5 stars!

We had 7 stay here for a few nights are were very pleased. The house had plenty of space, rooms and beds for everyone, and was very clean. We were there in July so we were glad the AC worked very well. Would recommend.

We had a great time staying at Jeremy’s home. It was perfect for our family to have plenty of space. We loved the backyard and all of the attention to details. The drive to Zion was around 30 minutes which worked out fine for us.

Fantastic time at The Ross!! Beautifully renovated home with privacy . Everything you could have needed and more was provided - didn’t have to worry about a thing. The beds were super comfortable and it was a great space for my family with 2 adult daughters . They had their own bedroom and bathroom. Being that we flew in from Delaware , we didn’t have to worry about bringing anything from linens to paper towels ! The house was about 25 minutes from Sion but there was a few places to eat close by. Loved loved the River Rock for coffee and sandwiches and the Stage Coach. Jeremy was very quick to respond to any questions . Would highly recommend to anyone and if we ever get the chance to come back , we would definitely stay at The Ross !!
