Modern West Seattle Unit with Puget Sound views

Fantastic location

The house was spotless and had lots of amenities. There was a beautiful view right out the back. Communication with the host was excellent. If you don't have a car it is quite a walk, with hills, to get to public transportation to reach restaurants, cafes, shopping. But it is a beautiful neighborhood.

We had to book a last minute week-long stay in Seattle and I couldn’t be happier with our choice. Having our young toddler with us demands a special kind of space. The owners provided us with several toddler essentials toys, books, stroller, highchair and pack-n-play. The washer/dryer and well stocked kitchen couldn’t have been more helpful. It is a stylish and clean space. Although the weather wasn’t great (typical Seattle rain) the view from the backyard was incredible. It was prefect distance to downtown Seattle and the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

This 1 bedroom with a pullout was exactly what we needed!! We came to Seattle for the World Cup, and beat the traffic by using the Water Taxi! Fabulous downstairs apartment with a view, and a spectacular host city!!

A very well appointed unit. Very clean as well. The kitchen and bathroom are like new and have everything you need. Regina is an excellent host and stays in touch. No hesitation in recommending this unit.

Super responsive host and well supplied kitchen. Plenty of delicious coffee, which is a big plus for us. Great coffee shop and Italian restaurant that was a 5 min walk uphill. Lincoln Park (water front) was a 15 minute walk down hill. Very comfortable space and very quiet. You couldn't tell there was a family living upstairs. Private well lit entrance to the unit and there was plenty of on street parking. Perfect stay.

It was very clean, well stocked and organized. The instructions were clear and easy. Our host, Regina did check in with us to be sure that we had everything we needed on more than one occasion. The view was phenomenal and calming. I would stay there again.

Everything was clean and convenient with the added touch of true hospitality. We were visiting family after a recent loss so not under the best circumstances but we picked a great place to stay and we couldn’t have asked for better!

My husband and I stayed 8 nights and will be booking here again! It was perfect for us! Located in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood and it has a gorgeous view. The space itself was lovely and spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The host was very kind and welcoming. Definitely a 10/10!

Hip little bungalow in West Seattle with view of Elliot Bay and Olympic Mountains. Modern appointments, space perfect for a couple looking for affordable unit close to all the action West Seattle has to offer.

Loved the quiet neighborhood enjoyed the parks,playgrounds and coffee shops.

Really lovely basement unit with gorgeous views all the way to the Sound. Saw some truly amazing sunsets from the couch. Neat as a pin, very family friendly (kids dishes, cups, sheets, toys on request, etc.) and Regina is really responsive and helpful. Great baker too!

Great place to stay in West Seattle. Clean, modern and spacious. This is my second stay at this property and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend it.

The place is a little smaller than anticipated (photos make the place seem really spacious), but it worked perfectly for our small family stay. With so much moisture in the air we always look for places without rugs or carpet so that we know the floors are clean for our kids. Mold and dust can really affect our son’s breathing so we were grateful for this clean rental. The only thing I might suggest is perhaps adding a small coat rack at the entrance, especially for those super rainy days when you come home wet coats and shoes.
