Modern, Waterfront Home with Private Pool, & High-Speed WiFi - Snowbird-Friendly

This beautiful home was perfect for our family’s vacation! The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, clean and the beds were comfy! The kitchen had a view to the beautiful lanai and pool where we spent most of our time relaxing and floating! The outside deck had a great view of the canal and the tiki provided some shade as we sipped our coffee in the mornings and wine at night! The neighborhood is quiet and walkable.

This home was better than pictures! Beautiful layout and decor with comfortable beds and furniture. The roomy lanai with heated pool and TV made for very relaxing days! Loved having drinks at the end of the day at the tiki hut on the dock while watching the sunset each night. Will definitely be back!!

My recent stay at this vacation home was nothing short of spectacular, and I can't recommend it highly enough for anyone seeking a waterfront retreat. Whether it was groceries, shopping, or amazing restaurants it seemed like everything we needed was right around the corner. The interior of the home was updated and modern, creating an inviting atmosphere. It was obvious that cleanliness is a clear priority. One of the standout features of this home is the pool area, which provided the perfect oasis for relaxation and entertainment. Whether lounging poolside or enjoying a refreshing dip, the setting was ideal for creating unforgettable memories with friends. The master bedroom was a particular highlight, with double doors that open directly into the pool area, allowing for relaxing mornings spent sipping coffee while gazing at the water (we saw fish jumping almost every morning!). In summary, this vacation home is a haven for those seeking a waterfront escape that doesn't compromise on proximity to amenities. Hopefully this is our go-to for years to come, we will definitely book again!

Beautiful house with a great view on the canal. Perfect Southwest facing pool to enjoy the Florida sunshine. We all enjoyed our stay and hated to leave the newer updated home.

Such a great home in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to comfortably fit 2 families for a baseball tournament in nearby Ft. Myers. It was such a relaxing place to come home to in order to recharge for the next day. The interior was cozy and the outside dock was outstanding! I highly recommend and we will be back!

Capeside Retreat was a perfect getaway for our family of 5. Home was clean and ready upon arrival. Small challenge with the pool water level but it was handled quickly by local property caretaker, Steph. The pool was enjoyed by all while soaking up the beautiful canal views! We loved everything about this house and location and can’t wait to return!

Location means one must drive to everything. Quiet location with friendly neighbors...good place for a big family gathering. Heated pool would be nice without additional cost. Management company was very responsive and professional. Only one comfortable chair in the house and no comfortable sofas. Beds were comfortable. Ample supply of linens for beds, towels for bath and kitchen. Thanks for hosting us!

Loved the house! It was clean and had everything we needed to have a great week! Kids and hubby fished off the canal (not catching anything but they had fun) and we saw lots of jumping fish, turtles, and different types of birds. Pool was awesome! It’s about a 30-45 minute drive to get to a beach, but that didn’t bother us!

We really enjoyed the house. Nicely renovated and furnished. Beautiful and quite place to stay with family and friends.

Nearly 35 years of vacationing in Florida and I would undoubtedly say this was our favorite. From the private pool and dock to the amazing decor everything was perfect. Our family of 6 fit very comfortably with ample enough space for all and then some. Additionally, it was very clean. We were able to make meals and were centrally located to restaurants and local beaches but we didn't want to leave much. Thank you for providing an experience where it was private and we got to feel like locals for a week.
