Stayed Aug 1, 2025Home as very nicely appointed and offers a fully finished basement with an office area, TV lounge, large laundry room and separate bedroom & bath. This allows separation & privacy from 2 upstairs bedrooms on the upper level. Great for multiple families or other guests. Enclosed grass yard was a huge bonus with outdoor dining & grill. A rooftop hot tub is a huge bonus!!! The only thing that could be distracting is that the property is next to the school which can get noisy when in session. Owner was wonderful to engage with and very friendly & available.

Stayed Jul 17, 2021Russ is a great home owner. Very kind accommodating and welcoming. House was beautiful and well appointed. Location is ten minute walk to beach and 20 to Hotel del. Across from school complex, plenty of street parking.
