Modern villa in Les Sables d'Or with heated pool

Great location for family-friendly beaches and exploring Dinard and St Malo. The house was very comfortable with everything we needed. The pool was fantastic.Benoit was a great host - very helpful and friendly. We’d love to return.

Great house and pool - shame about the weather.

Our family (3 adults, 2 teenagers plus dog) spent the fall vacations in Benoit's vacation home. We really enjoyed the two weeks and would love to come back. The house with its furnishings, the large garden, the pool and the location near the beautiful beaches corresponded fully to the description. This and the great care by Benoit made us feel very comfortable and we would love to come back.

The property is a 5-star accomodation plus a sufficenty large and fully fenced piece of land. The pool and large deck is prime. Beds are good. We slept very well there. The communication in English with Benoit (owner) was nice, easy and on the point. He has a good sense of humour and takes very good care of his property. The villa is pretty close to a significant number of very attractive cities, villages, beaches and sites. Many nice beaches not more than 15 minutes away (by car). Erquy, Dinard, Saint Malo, Cancale and Dinan are close 15 - 45 min.). And even the best places at the Cotes de Granit Rose are reachable in 60 - 90 minutes. we will come again. Great location, lovely area, lots of space. Kids enjoyed the pool which has a cover and is a good size.

We had amazing time the house was perfect as we have a disabled son who is wheel chair bound and with bedrooms down stairs accessibility was brilliant.

A fantastic villa, clean, comfortable and loads of room, we would stay there again and recommend it to others, you won't be disappointed.

The property was excellent throughout, wonderfully bright and clean with plenty of space for nine of us. All the bedrooms were a good size with everything you need. The heated pool was a real bonus. We loved the area, plenty of lovely walks and a good selection of restaurants. Benoit was particularly helpful and always ready to help with anything we required. Thank you Benoit. We would most definitely stay at this property again.

This is a very modern villa, which is clean and well maintained. All rooms are spacious and the kitchen well stocked with all that you will need. The pool and garden are big enough for a large family and secure for younger children. Towels and extra bedding were plentiful. A short walk to the beautiful beach of Les Sables d'O and plenty of walks and bike paths close by. The owner was very helpful both before and during our stay. Property comes highly recommended as does the local area. We would stay here again if we visited this area. Thank you Benoît
