Stayed Jun 14, 2026I’ve stayed at many short term rentals before and this house, hands down, has been the best ever. The house looks exactly like the posted pictures. The place is renovated and decorated in a way that didn’t feel like a cookie-cutter short term rental. It’s all in the details, which made a huge difference. The kitchen has a 6 burner Viking stove with vented hood. Every bathroom is newly and nicely renovated (and has adequate lighting!). The pool house has a huge subzero fridge and large dining table. The pool is saltwater and heated to the perfect temperature (and has vinyl lining that I liked for comfort purposes). The grill is hooked up to a gas line. There are smart TVs throughout the house (instead of Rokus).The house is about a 10 min walk to Jenkinson’s boardwalk and the beach. Communication with Mauricio, the owner, was very easy and he was super responsive throughout our stay. Note - all the windows have Roman blinds and there are no blackout shades in the bedrooms, so the bedrooms started getting bright at around 6:30 in the am. This was fine for our family but noting for those who like to sleep in. All in all, 10 out of 10!

Stayed Jun 12, 2026This beach house is incredible. The property is perfectly located next to everything. The house is beautiful and the pool house is so cool. The host is excellent at communication and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend booking this house!
