Breakers 2 is a 3 bedroom townhouse located in the Eastern end of the village. The living area flows onto the large verandah with stunning views of the coastline. There is an ensuite to the downstairs bedroom, large kitchen with dishwasher and lock-up-garage with remote door.

Reviewer Comments: Great location and walking distance to beach and creek with amazing views.Everything we needed there in the kitchen and ping pong a hit!A little musty and fans needed as ventilation in bedrooms not good.Plenty of parking for cars in driveway

Reviewer Comments: Great location , overall a pleasant stay , the property is well presented but in need of a spruce up , particularly the bathroom.Good outside deck area , garage etc.Ping pong table was a bonus however the bats & balls need replacing !!

Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at either Breakers 1 or Breakers 2 at least annually for over 20 years. Each duplex has accommodation for 7+ people, although now it's very comfortable for just me and my husband. The property is a short (but steep) walk to shops and the beach. We love the property, advantages include peaceful location, beautiful view, comfortable living including wi-fi, Foxtel etc, and lock up garage.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent 11 nights at Breakers and couldn't had a better stay. The townhouse was spacious and well appointed enabling us to want to dine in most days and prepare our own meals. The kitchen is well appointed , bedrooms large and comfortable, having a garage with table tennis table provided some extra entertainment and security to our vehicles and surfboards. Parking was ample for 2 cars on the drive and the outdoor eating on the front verandah with those spectacular views and sunrises was the icing on the cake. I would highly recommend and hope to re-book in the future.

No A/C , No ceiling fans. There are some pedistal fans in the bedrooms but not adequate for a hot , humid summer.
