Stayed Mar 14, 2026This has been our 3rd year coming to Durango for spring break, and this has been by far the best place we’ve stayed at. Close to shopping and dining and had a great view of the Animas River and mountains. It accommodated our family of 4 perfectly. It looked exactly like the pictures on line and everything was stocked like the description said. Lisa and her team were quick to respond when we had questions, which was awesome. Definitely will be coming back to stay.

Stayed Oct 3, 2025Nice condo with two decks (upper has tremendous views). Very clean. Weber grill, well stocked kitchen supplies. Durango to Silverton train comes by a few times a day. Close to Animas brewery and a bike/walking trail. Easy access to main street.

Stayed Sep 10, 2024This is a beautiful townhome close to downtown Durango. The best part was the ba k porch and the rooftop deck. Master bed is very comfortable. Property does need a deep cleaning. Very dusty with smudges on light switches, cabinets, etc. We had a nice stay.

Stayed Sep 6, 2024Nice place. Had everything we needed. Great location. Bike trail close by. Sat on the top deck listened to live music at the pavilion and the trains going by.
